Fraud Fraud Fraud!!! If I were you, I would request for your transcrpits from the IRS to make sure that the Tax Forms you were given within the «folder» RMD gracious gives you matches with what was actually transmitted to the IRS! Also within the transcrpits make sure your Tax Refund is the amount you agreed to receive making sure that you only requested the deposit into «one» Bank Account! I believe RMD when your firm takes Federal Tax Return Deposit on behalf of your clients, that is a form of Embezzlement. Who knows, we’ll just have to see what the Attorney we hired have to say about that. I’m pretty sure if the IRS does an Audit and performs Due Diligence on RMD, they’ll find more victims like my husband and three others we contacted with the same problem. Clients beware, You will be audited!

I used to go to Liberty Tax and every year I would walk away feeling like the government was ripping me off. Then a friend refered me to RMD. Every year since, I walk out and go buy that friend dinner!

David Padilla has been doing my taxes since 2010. He is THE BOMB!!! My girlfriend and myself usually make a day out of going to see him then shop and get lunch. He is so quick and makes it so enjoyable I would NEVER go anywhere else. This year my girlfriend and I had the same appointment as usual and my return wasn’t here yet. She attended the appointment and I had to stay back. I go tin contact with David and he said he would fit me in even though the next appointment wasn’t till the end of March! Hands down best tax prep-​per I have EVER had! THANK YOU DAVID IF YOU READ THIS!!! And for the others who have put down this firm. You have somewhat of an Idea of what you should be getting back, don’t put the blame on them. Thats your bad! And if you spent the money rather than sending it back to the IRS and now are making payments once again your bad. Dont put down RMD because of your own financial stupidity! Thank you again David!!!

I got my taxes done here in 2011 by Raul, who was referred to me by a friend. I normally do not get back a lot of money for my taxes but Raul somehow got me back lots! I told him I commute for work but he took it upon himself to add on a bunch more non sense that were complete lies!
I got audited last year and ask for his help since I was in this situation because of him. Raul said I was about the 4^th person this year that has asked him to help. (Red Flag!)
He told me to make copies of everything (which I do not have because he made up lies) and sent me home but before I walked out, Raul said, call me and let me know what happens.
Well it turns out that when you get audited you have to notify the state which I was unaware of until today when I received another bill in the mail.
**Its my understanding that your tax person is to help you when this happens and not run and hide like Raul did***
I now have a great tax guy who has offered to help me figure out Rauls mess up for free. Trust me, do not go here!

It took me some time to write this review because I had mixed feelings after a horrible dispute that ended my relationship and my family’s with RMD Financial, but I feel comfortable writing it now that time has pass. I am not upset, but just want to warn people. Please take the time to read this.
I’ve been going to RMD Financial for over 6 years as well as my family and friends. I’ve brought in 10 additional customers to this place (yes 10) and out of those 10 only 1 continues to go there. At first I started with David but then moved my way up to Jose Estrada. He’s a very nice person, but as a business man, not so much. RMD does get you money, that I guarantee, but you will pay a price for it eventually. In 2012 I took Jose some W4 forms I had received (school, work, etc) and I was nervous about the school one because I never attended but I received a W4 form stating that I did. Being unfamiliar with tax laws, I took it to Jose since he’s my «tax guy.» He said to go ahead and put it in because I have proof of it. I felt very nervous doing this because I DO NOT like to mess around with the IRS and I have a pet peeve about having to pay them anything since they already take so much money from my checks. Now, in 2014, I receive a form from the IRS stating that I need to pay back that money. Of course I’m upset because it’s a lot of money, but I decided to contact Jose to see what advise he can give me. He gave me advice via email and phone and I did follow his advice, but at the end of one of our emails he (or a few or our emails) he kept repeating he didn’t remember the conversation we had and it was me and I got the money (his exact words). I eventually got tired of him saying that and sent him an email saying yes I got the money, but as my tax person who is charging me quite a bit he should have watched out for my best interest, not my wallet’s best interest. AND if you don’t remember the conversation then why even say anything at all, just leave it alone. We kept going back and forth and finally he told me not to go to him next year. I felt a little mistreated because with paying $ 140 (no children or houses to claim, just me) he should take the time to do my taxes and give me the best advice.
The problem with this place is they book their appointments 15 – 20 minutes apart, regardless if you’re filing joint of single, so they’re pretty much rushing you out the door. They get you the money, but once you’re audited they don’t want to be responsible for any of it since they got you the money. Not a good business motto if you ask me. They get away with charging so much, so why not deliver quality work and better business procedures. Like I said, I brought them business and only one person continues to go there, so it’s just not me. Out of the 10 people 7 of them have been audited (me included), wish I would have learned when they told me not to go there, but I was blinded by the money I was getting back, but will now have to pay the consequences. You’ve been warned.

David Padilla once again has saved my ass from the grasp of the IRS. Not only are his services over the top, the relationship we share is genuine. It’s not only strictly business, but more of a one on one.
Our conversations help time fly by as he diligently works on my refund. He has never disappointed me and surprises me every year with the outcome. This guy is my tax guy for life. Thanks bro!

All I can say is I was very satisfied with this place, I had been referred to in the past to tax personnel that did not satisfy my needs so I was a bit hesitant to try a new place, but boy am I so happy I did! I tried this place out last year for my 2012 taxes, and a gentleman by the name of Jose took care of me. The customer service, and the staff is very friendly but the most important thing is the objective and they mean business. Educated, professional, and friendly. They get the job done quickly, and effectively and they are very cooperative. I recall forgetting my son’s social and Jose communicated with me, took care of filing my taxes in a diligent manner. This place is definitely a keeper, and I intend to keep them as long as I file taxes.
I highly recommend this place, and give it a 5++ rating.

Taxes are usually a drag and most people like to wait till last minute to do them, well especially the ones that owe!
Raul is great and helpful, ask him anything!
I have been coming here for about uhm 8 years about, referred a bunch of people here because of their prices and service.
Any issues, questions or just what could be best for you to claim or not, just ask and they will advise you your choices and your left to decide what is it you want to do.
Taxes are done in about 15 minutes until next year!
They get booked up real quick, I called end of January to make an appointment and got one in March. Yup they fill up quick.

This place is awesome! Raul is very knowledgable and is great at what he does. We love coming here to get our taxes done. Its a little far but well worth it!
