Quality Instant Printing

I was in a bind and this place was awesome. I wasted hours at Staples and Kinkos trying to get my flyers printed in full bleed. Im bringing by all my business her from now on.

Extremely rude and uncomfortable atmosphere. I needed to get some art prints done and the clerk said, «oh is that all?» in a sarcastic tone and walked away. Another guy came up and asked what I needed and he then made the excuse that the «printers were down». So I just left and saw the first clerk smoking a cigarette outside and he asked me «oh your done?», I told him that the printers were down and he just ignored me and walked back inside.
No one wanted to help or even look at me. Not recommended! I can’t even review this place based on their service because there isn’t any!

I chose Quality Instant Printing for their convenient location to my office. I am a graphic designer myself, but with my busy schedule I don’t normally have time to design my own things. I called up and a young gal named Katie answered. She gave me an idea of their services and what they offer, and I decided to give them a try. Katie was the one who helped me through the whole process from setup, design, printing, etc. She provided amazing customer service and was insanely quick at sending me proofs and editing the few things that I requested; all while maintaining a professional demeanor and providing excellent customer service.
However…
The ONLY reason I was unable to give 5 stars on this review is for the following: my company pays through invoices, which I had explained to Katie from the very beginning. She said it was not a problem, as they had done this sort of thing before. My company is huge, and it spans from California to Arizona. In order for checks to be cut, we require a package of information from the vendor. As far as my knowledge goes, this is a pretty typical procedure for most larger companies. At the end tail of the transaction, when the design has been confirmed and the cards were in the process of being printed — I get a call from someone named Pat. I won’t go into the details for the sake of argument, but lets just say the phone call was pointless and kinda condescending. He really didn’t have a reason to call me…
Other than that… I will be returning to get my work done, exclusively with Katie — as she was wonderful. I highly recommend her!

They are fast friendly and get the job done. Also cheapest prices in the area for color copies big fan.

We have used QIP for many, many years both on personal and business items for printing. We are always satisfied with the quality of our prints, the turn around time, as well as the prices. Very competitive and worth every penny!

I am making my own wedding invitations (in order to save some money, get them to look the way I want them to, as well as be able to have some in English and in Spanish). After creating/​designing them on my home computer I created PDF’s of what I wanted printed and cut.
This place was not only friendly, but it is extremely affordable and also got the job completed in a very timely manner. I will definitely be returning here to get my programs/​menus printed. I also really appreciated that they let me bring in my own card stock :)
By far Quality Instant Printing was the cheapest color per 8.5 X 11 page I could find (almost half of what FedEX charges for self-​serve and only a quarter of what FedEx charges for them to do it). I walked in with my files, let them know how many of each I wanted printed and let them know that the files had crop marks for where I wanted the cuts to be. I first handed them my usb drive with the files, then as I was talking to Pat to let him know how many of each I wanted printed his employee had already printed all of my files for me to verify (I was impressed with the speed). It only took me about 5 minutes to put in my order. I was expecting my order to not be ready until the following day but their service superseded my expectations; within just a few hours I got a call telling me my order was ready. When I picked up my order, I was ecstatic. It was perfect! Within just a couple minutes I paid and had my order with me. The printing was perfect and the fact that they were able to cut them for me saved me hours of work on my home paper cutter (which I still probably wouldn’t have cut as nicely as they did) I’m so excited! I can’t wait to put these in envelopes and mail them out!

They are pretty nice and the quality of printing is good

I came here a few times mid-​August. What I needed was a printer, but I just didn’t feel like lugging one around on my trip. So, daily, I would download documents to a thumb drive and take them here. They would print out what I needed.
Staff were all great. Service was A++++. Will definitely use their services again when I am in the area.

I ordered business cards and note pads for my business. The staff and owner were all easy and pleasant to work with, courteous and punctual. They had proofs when they promised, the final product was amazing and I would highly recommend them. My next order will also be placed through Quality Instant Printing.
