Prism Laser & Day Spa Medspa

They kept trying to sell us the skin care products they carry. The overall experience is that they were unprofessional and mercenary. I recommend going to med spas at dermatologist’s office.

I had the clear and brilliant laser done today with Tina, she is AMAZING !! she is so thorough when using the laser! This is my second time using the clear and brilliant laser and I’ve noticed my pores have gotten so much smaller and my fines are going away !!!
I am sooooo happy with Tina !!!

I get my facials done by Paola, and they are the best ever! Every time she has given me a facial it is so relaxing, I could fall asleep. Paola is also very informative and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to skin care. I am always so pleased at how my skin feels and looks after my facials. If you are planning on booking an appointment, definitely book with Paola. You are going to love your experience!

Very nice place very friendly and knowledgeable about what I needed! The Dr is very nice and I love that they sit down with you to discuss your concerns instead of just poking you with a needle I highly recommend them and will certainly be back.

My chinny chin chin hairs are leaving! Last year I went in with approx 45 evil lil hairs on my chin… after my 3^rd session I’m down to about 10… now I’m doing my underarm hair too… great place– clean, courteous– professional & yummy cookies!

Came in for a facial and had Paola, best facial ever!
She was super informative and knowledgeable. Which is more important to me in a facial versus just shutting my eyes and getting stuff slopped on my face. Sometimes that’s nice too though. I liked that I could ask her anything about my skin and she was honest and had great feedback about what I should be doing specific to my type.
Will definitely come back!

I’ve visited Prism more then once for services like waxing and facials. Each time I have requested Paola. She is absolutely amazing. I was extremely nervous about getting a facial for the first time, but her professionalism and knowledge in what she does made me very comfortable, and now I’m hooked! She’s not only professional and knowledgeable but extremely sweet and has a calming aura about her. I’ve recommended many friends and family members to Paola. 5 stars from me!

This place is very professional, they do excellent work, has an attentive and caring staff and is reasonably priced for how these places are.
I went in for a CO2 laser treatment in August 2014 and although I have had fraxels before I didn’t see dramatic results and was looking for something more to rejuvenate my face and lighten up my acne scars. I was a bit nervous, but the pleasant atmosphere and the caring and gentle staff put my anxieties at ease. Judy did the CO2 laser treatment on me and she was phenomenal. She took time to really listen to the areas of concern and worked with me regarding my expectations and pain tolerance etc. After putting on the numbing cream I was ready to go. I have to say that it was a painful experience, but not beyond bearable. They also said that if I had a lower pain tolerance there were other options that I could’ve taken to lessen the pain but I didn’t want to do that. Judy was very meticulous and went over every area of my face especially my cheeks where I had bad acne scars. The whole procedure took about 40 minutes and I was able to leave the center. I was in a bit of shock and pain immediately following the procedure and the owner Eugene went out of his way to give me some squeezy stress balls and cold water. That really says something when the owner takes care to look over each of their patients. After the procedure, there was severe peeling for 5 days, but by the end of 5 days all the old skin peeled off and new baby skin emerged from underneath that I was very excited about. During this time, it’s very scary with all the peeling, but Judy and Eugene actually kept in touch with me and were available to answer any questions that I had. I felt that this was going above and beyond their duties… all the other procedures that I had which was like (5 different laser treatments at other places) I never received such care and follow-​up. After all the old skin peeled off the swelling faded in about another week and the redness in a few months. Although I had a bit of hyper-​pigmentation in the 2 months afterwards, it was easily covered by makeup. Also, you can apply a bleaching cream to accelerate this process as well. Now it has nearly been 3 months and my skin looks better every day! Everyone says that I look like I am glowing. My acne scars have faded quite a bit and overall my skin tone looks fresh and lively. I am so, so, so happy to have done this procedure especially at Prism Laser & Day Spa Medspa. I would never want to go anywhere else!

I came here wanting to do something to my skin that would rejuvenate it but nothing evasive (I’m still young). I wasn’t sure what procedure I wanted so I gave Lydia a brief explanation of what kind of improvements I wanted and she determined that the non evasive «Clear and Brilliant» would be suitable for me. This was Christmas time and they had a package deal so I purchased it. Just FYI: The first treatment they give you a discount as a trial offer. Lydia has been the one who performs the procedure on me and I like the results so far. If you already have decent skin and are younger than forty years old, Clear and Brilliant is perfect for you. I’ve also had a facial done there and let me tell you, the previous reviewer is correct about Paola. She is excellent! I used to get my facials at Massage Envy but after having it done here, and for only $ 5 more I’d much rather keep coming to here. The only problem I’d say I have is with one of the receptionists in the front. I don’t know her name but she always seems to have this «whatever» attitude when she deals with customers. Otherwise, this place is really cool.

Went in for a facial and Paola was my esthetician. She was absolutely amazing! So kind, friendly and very professional! I will now recommend her to all of my family and friends! She was also very knowledgeable and answered all of my skin care questions! The women at the front counter were also very kind! The place is super clean, nice décor and very relaxing environment! The owner Eugene is very nice as well! I will DEFINATELY be back very soon!!! Ask for Paola… you will not regret it!!!

Lydia is the best ! She plumped up my lips and they look gorgeous !!! She also did some touch ups around my eyes. She’s funny, sweet and a master at what she does .she is a true artist. I have referred her to all of my clients :-) thank you Lydia !

Came here for the first time a few months ago for laser hair removal, pretty much from head to toe. It was my first time getting laser, so I was pretty nervous about the procedure and had tons of questions. My first thoughts upon walking in were that it was extremely clean, which was important to me. I worked with Susan, who made me feel comfortable within the first few seconds of meeting her. She explained everything to me and answered my million questions without ever sounding annoyed. The procedure went perfectly and I have been back for my 2^nd treatment recently. As expected, the 2^nd treatment went as smoothly as my 1^st treatment. I can already see great results and can’t wait for everything to be finished and for me to be hair-​freeeee!!! I was briefly introduced to the owner, Eugene, as I was waling out one day, and he was friendly enough to ask how it went and if I had any further questions. When the owner of any place takes the time to speak with his customers to make sure their experience was satisfactory, that, to me, says a lot about their business practices. I am 100% happy with the staff, services, and results!

I came in for some plumping and got plumped! This place is clean and the girl at the front desk, was super cute and extremely helpful!!! I think her name was Natalie, she was very upbeat and informative!!! If u want good service and services that are good, try Prism it’s a nice change from the other places that ive visited and gotten dirty looks from the fakies behind the counter and talked about behind my back as I payed out the rear for just so-​so services! Ill def be a returning customer to prism!!! :-)

I scheduled a consultation to get a «café olé» birthmark removed. I arrived and the girls at the front were VERY friendly, professinal, and polite. As soon as I finished my paper work, I went into a room with one of the ladies that does the laser removals. I wish I remembered her name! I think I was treated unfairly (maybe because I look young?)because the lady told me the treatment was «expensive». When I asked her how much the total would be, she repeated that it would be «too expensive for you» then she added that my mark would only get darker; which is common knowledge when you get a birthmark lasered off! I told her I knew it would get dark and that I would like to know the price. She finally gave it to me, but after that, they lost a customer.
The one star rating is for the way I was treated. I was ready to make an appointment to get my mark removed, but not after someone tells me it’s too expensive for ME.

Been a client there for over 8 years. Susan is my favorite! She makes you feel very comfortable and her customer service is the BEST! I’ve referred quite a few people over there for laser hair removal and everyone else thinks she’s great too. I gave them 3 stars instead of 5 because they are under new management as of a year ago and I have to say I was displeased with them. Susan is the only reason to go there!
