As a real estate broker I have worked with many lenders. I have never met any lenders as professional and willing to go the extra mile than Anthony and April. They are always available to my clients it does not matter what time it is. As a Realtor, I’ve met many lenders throughout my 10 years in the business. Recently I represented a seller on the sale of his property. By chance I met buyers Agent and their lender Anthony Tavera. I must say, this lender is a keeper. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and in the time frame he promised. Now a days that’s rare. It was NOT an easy transaction to put it nicely so the fact that it closed even with the challenges we had was a miracle. The level of professionalism was excellent. Anthony Tavera was referred to us and his help went beyond our expectations. We had delayed refinancing our house because of the amount of work (gathering documents, filling out applications, meeting to have docs signed, etc). This was so easy with Anthony. We had also been told by a previous broker that we could only refinance if we used my husbands VA loan that we wanted to hold onto. Anthony was able to not only get us refinanced with a conventional loan but got us a better rate too. He make the process so easy, very little paperwork and had someone come to us to have docs signed. I will refer him to everyone without hesitation.
