Not quite as good as when Duke was there, but still a shame they are closing. Will miss them.

A going out of business sale makes for some great buys. They don’t have a closing date but check it out. This could pay off this Valentine’s Day… Hint hint.

I bought living room furniture about 9 months ago. All I got to say, I love it. I went looking at all the other furniture stores (Ashley’s, Lazy Brothers, Mathis, Jeromes, etc.) and found nothing. I walked into Furniture Depot for the first time and found three couche sets right off the bat. I bought a couch set, and two wing chairs. It took about a month to get the furniture, but it was worth it and the colors and everything are perfect. Everyone there was very accommodating and not pushy. I will go back and buy other furniture from them.

Absolutely love Furniture Depot! They have an awesome selection of furniture. I shopped here many times and have purchased a queen sleeper sofa, a dining room table set, leather recliner, desk, and bookcase. Darren always does an excellent job helping me with my needs and arranging delivery in a timely manner.

Salesman said everything that I wanted to hear until he had me sit down by their desk. He kept adding fees and literally added an extra $ 1000 after I sat down. I wish he would of been honest and upfront at the beginning. I made it clear to him that I wanted to buy furniture that day and I didn’t have much time as soon as he introduced himself to me. Overall, of you want to get ripped off, go here.

Excellent service. Did not hassle me to buy.
James let me be and gave me time to look around, answered all my questions and was very patient with me because sometimes I can be indecisive. I ordered 2 pieces and it arrived in less than a week. Delivery went smoothly except they ran a little late. I’m very happy with my selection and will definitely be back for more.

Really great customer service. What I liked about this store as soon as we walked in was the large variety of furniture they had on display. There are two floors in this store. Tiffany and Cindy were very sweet and helpful. Unlike other stores that we visited, we appreciate that they did not follow us around like hawks and try to sell to us while we browsed. The girls were more than helpful whenever we had questions. We liked a sofa set here but realized another store closer to where we lived had the same set for a slightly lower price. We preferred to purchase from this store because the other store was not as professional and their employees were rude. Also we were worried that if anything went wrong with the order, this store seemed more trust worthy and able to professionally handle any issues. Cindy matched the other store’s price and even offered a better deal! We were told that it would take 2 weeks for delivery but the couches actually delivered in 1 week. Although this store is a 30 min drive from where I live, I would definitely come back here and refer others to it for their wonderful customer service.

They had such a large selection we were a little overwhelmed. James helped us narrow down our selection to three different sets. We finally settled on a couch and loveseat set that we are very happy with. The delivery went smoothly and we are happy. We hit up several furniture stores before I saw the reviews on Unilocal.I was a bit nervous because it is a large purchase. I would recommend this store if your are looking for a large selection, quality merchandise and good customer service all at a good value.

Had a great experience at this store! Duke was a pleasure to work with and took time to make sure that what we purchased was exactly what we wanted. Delivery was great and the furniture is good quality and looks awesome.

Everything about our experience at Furniture Depot was just perfect. Duke was very helpful, but never pushy. He was knowledgable about their inventory and when we couldn’t find what we were looking for on the floor he offered to do a special order. We described what we were looking for and he went straight to his catalogues and gave us several options, he really knows his stuff.
Like some of the other reviewers we had started our shopping at Living Spaces and even found the exact table we saw at Living Spaces for $ 75 less. We ended up ordering a dining set and custom reading chair. We shopped around to compare prices on the dining set and no other retailer, brick-​and-​mortar or online, could even come close to Duke’s price. Needless to say we were impressed.
Great prices, products and service are awesome, but you can tell Duke really appreciates your business and that’s a great feeling.
Delivery was stellar as well, the two guys were so nice and so polite. When they delivered the dining set, one of the six chairs was a little wobbly, which I admittedly was quite concerned about thinking that i was going to have to send the chair back or have to deal with some sort of hassle, but nope! I mentioned it to the guys, they flipped the chair over, made some adjustments and it was fixed. They then proceeded to check and make minor adjustments to all of the chairs!
We will most definitely be back!

I bought a defective couch and they would not take it back, never again.

Our custom made Jonathan Louis sofa was delivered yesterday, and we are thrilled with both the product and the great customer service we received. Duke went out of his way to make sure we received exactly what we wanted from the manufacturer! We had originally done our sofa shopping at Living Spaces, but we discovered their salespeople were not very knowledgeable about their products, giving us misinformation about fabric and top-​stitching threads. Living Spaces also ‘highly recommended’ we pay any additional $ 200+ to have the sofa stain-​resistant treated. Duke at Furniture Depot said it was not necessary even though it was the exact same fabric we would have bought from Living Spaces. We saved about $ 400 by purchasing our sofa through Furniture Depot, and that is not including the additional $ 200 we would have paid for stain-​resistant fabric treatment! We are now thinking of purchasing additional furniture for our living room, and we will definitely be going back to Furniture Depot!

Ok, so we didn’t exactly get what we paid for initially, but it all turned out well in the end.
Their fix was quick and the pieces look as they should have, well besides the fact that they were not matching finishes as we had originally requested and paid $ 20 for… we did get that back as matching finishes wasn’t exactly high on our list.
I bump them up a star and not two only because they were not the most eager and motivated to correct the defects. They said they would contact the company, apparently by e-mail…probably would have been best to phone them. They previously said they could get someone to come in and repair the defects, but we had to go back in to the store to find out when and if this was actually going to happen. Wish they had been a bit more proactive with rectifying the problems especially considering we had already waited 4 weeks and paid $ 1000 for furniture we expected to be in pristine condition.
Would I still go buy another product there? Yes, but I will probably shop a little more carefully and choose something that is either in store or more difficult to muck up.

Six months with my butt on the new couch now and all’s well. It is getting broken in and more comfortable by the day. The quality is obviously high. We are loven’ it.

Great selection — if you don’t see what you want on the floor, you can special-​order it from one of the many manufacturer’s catalogs they carry. Darren took great care of us in ordering new furniture for both our family room and our living room, and everything turned out beautiful. Yes, you have to wait 3 – 4 weeks for your special-​order items to come in, but it’s worth the wait! Also, the delivery people were great. They put the furniture just where we wanted it, no muss, no fuss.
