History

Established in 2010.

DeSalvio Web DeSigns got its start in 1997 when a 5^th grader running for Student Council at Shull Elementary in San Dimas, CA got the idea to make a website for his school. The competition was offering to install a Kool-​Aid water fountain by the cafeteria so it was obvious a winning idea would be needed to come out on top, with that the idea for a website was born.

The idea failed to convince the student body that a website was more valuable than a kool-​aid fountain and thus the election was a landslide. Regardless of the outcome, this student started the website anyway and it became the first website to be made by a student for public education in all San Gabriel Valley.

15 years later, Mike DeSalvio is still following his passion for websites, serving all customers from small businesses, mobile and corporate organizations. Mike is earning his masters in Biotechnology at Cal Poly and is active in his community. He started DeSalvio Web DeSigns in June 2010 and the rest is history.
