Crunch Fitness San Dimas

The Crunch Gym in San Dimas is a brand new gym that just opened about June 2015 and yes the equipment was all brand new and looked absolutely amazing. BUT… I don’t know what happened the place has slowly been declining. The woman’s restroom is filthy. I’m usually there in the PM. The bathroom stalls always look unkept as if not a single employee has done an hourly sweep to check them. There are no hand towels so members don’t have to see wet paper towels on the floor, but the hand dryers that are against the wall could use some TLC. The tiled walls look as though they haven’t been wiped down in months. GROSS!!! It looks as though just the bare minimum and I do mean bare minimum is done inside the Crunch gym. It’s sad I’ve asked the front desk employees if they could get a battery for the clock inside the woman’s locker room and that was about 4 months ago. Clock is still not working. I like the location and the hours, but I would like to see actions take place to help keep the Crunch gym looking good and equipment functioning.

Took «Francesca» Belly, Butt and Thighs Bootcamp San Dimas location on Monday night. She is great! Keeps you going and works you out hard!

Very clean, and professional staff always willing to help. Come for the treadmill and weights. Not overly crowded either.

Good gym, close to work.
I wanted to suspend my training sessions for the holidays. I was billed ⁹⁄₃₀ and ¹⁰⁄₃₀ then ¹¹⁄₂₇ but they said I now get billed on the 20^th and have to give 10 days notice & it’s the 16^th.
I get 1 session per week each month but they said I could use all 4 sessions in one week if I wanted after the holidays. As long as I get the 4 sessions I’m paying for I’m happy.

My motivation to join Crunch was the low monthly rate. I’m very happy to tell all who will read this, BEN made my visit extremely easy. He’s kind and made me feel listened to. Thank you Ben. He’s also a tall cool drink of water!

This is a very clean, decent sized gym and you can’t beat the price.
I have been a member since it opened and have not had any issues with my membership. What sets this gym apart is the friendliness of the staff. I recently forgot my wallet at the gym and the two guys at the front desk were able to track it down thanks to another member who graciously turned it in.

Very clean facility and great staff. I haven’t had any problems, everyone has been very helpful, greet me when I come in. And I LOVE my persona trainer! She’s the best!

Crunch San Dimas is a decent size, very clean and inexpensive. I love their bosu boot camp class and chisel class. I notice they have a bit of Zumba classes classes through out the day, it would be nice to see more boot camp classes as well. Maybe Zumba is in demand at this location, but just my opinion about the bootcamp.
I use to go to Laverne before san Dimas opened my I really enjoyed retrorobics! I hope they will offer that class soon at san Dimas.
Anyway I would give san Dimas 5 stars, but the only reason I’m doing 4 is because of a mixup on their calendar. A month ago, I walked in to take a 630 class called belly butt and thighs class only to find out Zumba with burst was going on. I asked the instructor about the bbt class and she said the calendar is wrong and it needs to be upset. When I asked the front desk they said to go online for the most current schedule. Which I did. Twice. And I keep coming back Hoping for the class. But each time, the Zumba Instructor cuts me off and tells me the calendar is still wrong. She seems to be getting annoyed. I don’t blame her, because I’m interrupting the class.
So I’m tired of feeling stupid, and hopefully this gets fixed asap :)

Second time we’ve signed up for Crunch and second time we’ve had to cancel our membership due to Crunch’s unethical practices.
First time was at the Ontario location where they kept double billing our checking account until we had to put a stop payment through the bank on them (management refused to acknowledge they were double charging us each month)
This time we signed up after a recruiter at the San Dimas farmer’s market said that «We can bring our daughter as long as one of us is with her». We showed up the next day and another crew member had no issue with her as long as she was in her stroller and not running around. We go to the tredmills and run for about a half hour (the whole time our daughter is on her tablet in her seat), and a worker named Ben comes over and told us he wouldn’t allow children in the gym. Keeping in mind that the recruiter AND the guy who checked us in had no problem as long as we were with her.
Improper billing and deceptive advertising tactics as well as staff that can’t agree on their own policies. Attend at your own risk.

I love it here mainly because I have the entire weight room pretty much to myself when I come here. They have everything you need and the equipment is new and clean. The staff is always friendly when I come and go and they keep everything maintained thus far. I know it won’t stay empty as their membership base grows but I will enjoy it while it lasts.

My Husband and I just signed up, First gym either of us have belonged too. The front desk girl was very helpful she took all our information down and gave us a brief rundown about the gym and what it had to offer. Then she introduced us to her manager Ben. I must say at first sight he’s kinda intimidating very big guy well most people are big to me being I’m only 4“10 he walked over smiled shook bout our hands and off we went on out tour as he showed us around he asked lots of questions about our health eating habits and knowledge of gym equipment he let us try the hydro massage witch is great by the way he even gave us brief instructions on how to use certain equipment by the time we finished the tour we sat down to discuss price. I was like oh lord here comes the sales pitch. Oh was I wrong So we all sat down he told us about the two different membership peak and base explained the 12 month agreement as well as the month to month option now the $ 39 annual fee I didn’t quite understand at first but he took his time and explain it so we both would understand. I didn’t feel like I was being sold anything he presented us with two options and let us decide what worked best for us I picked the peak my husband choose the base by far the best experience becoming a member of a gym than you Ben for all your help oh and we will definitely check out season 3 and 4 of Sons Of Anarchy to watch the episodes you’re in

What an awesome gym! I’ve been to several Crunch gyms and this one is pretty cool! Love the CT unit with bags and functional stuff! They have this other UFC GYM side as well with unlimited mixed martial arts ! That’s an added cost but it looks very cool! All new and I see people cleaning it already. NICE!
The staff was super helpful as well as it was my first visit there.
