While the company is diverse in serving all of these areas, AdventureWorks specializes in the outdoor adventure sports of Canyoneering, Rock Climbing, and Mountaineering.

Our group went on a guided canyoneering trip with the ATS this weekend and had a blast! Our guides, Summer and RB, were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. None of the people in the group have been canyoneering before so we were a bit scared before going on the trip, but Summer and RB helped us feel at ease right away.
We started the trip with a hike up to the falls. Since our group wasn’t in the best shape, we had to take quite a few breaks, but they were extremely patient and waited until we were ready to move onto the next point.
From there, we rappelled down the mountain 6 times. RB and Summer took GREAT care of us and made sure were safe and knew the terrain before each rappel. After this experience, I would love to take their instructional course and learn more.

Hey Adventurers!
Booked a canyoneering guided trip in the San Gabriel Mountatins this month and it was amazing. Gear was top notch, guides Sandra and Summer were super informed, and the repels were fun!
The adventure started with a hike, and 6 repels later we were smiling ear to ear and wishing there was another 100 ft waterfall to repel. Really can’t believe we were so lucky to find this trip which was easy to schedule and go on. Our lives were literally in their hands and I couldn’t have felt safer!

My husband started canyoneering with ATS last year and the whole team there is awesome!!! The instructors are super passionate about the outdoors and I know my husband is stoked for their new indoor training area (he keeps trying to show me pics every time he goes out with them). Being outdoors is an awesome way for him to de-​stress after teaching high schoolers all day. So if your husband is cranky-​sign him up!

They have the friendliest guides and teachers that I have ever met. The variety of adventures that they provide have kept my kids and their friends in and out of their camps and day trips for years.
I highly recommend the climbing classes.

Canyoneering class was great! Too bad they are too busy to do those anymore. Nothing like what their websites say. Terrible with following up and responding to you. Guess that are too busy with all those Hollywood production nowadays.
If it was pure rating for the class, it was 5 stars, but following up if you want to learn more. 0 star.

A nice hike in the San Gabriel Mountains on a hot sunny day — followed by a series of rappels down canyon waterfalls… it was an awesome way to spend the day in LA. The BF and I had never tried canyoneering before and this was a great introduction. The guides at ATS were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were happy to spend the time answering questions and were good instructors. The gear they provide is good quality — the same type of gear I’d purchase on my own. While I haven’t tried any of their other classes (rock climbing, kayaking) I definitely think I’ll be going back to them for more instruction because they certainly know what they’re doing. More importantly they made for a good time while being very safety conscious and responsible.
