XOXO Wedding Studio filmed our wedding for us, videography was very important to us because we feel it’s a personal, realistic and fun way to remember your special day! We have absolutely ZERO regrets in hiring them to be part of our wedding! They were responsive, punctual and very nice! I feel as though they listened to everything we needed on our day. To be completely honest, we had some vendors that were not professional– and XOXO Wedding Studio was over the top professional and spectacular! Kevin was great on our wedding day because he is good at directing shots and making people listen to him, which is difficult with a large wedding party! We definitely would use them again if needed! I would give them: 10 Stars if possible!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Kevin and Stephanie. Trying to find a photographer in CA is difficult, just because there are sooo many but honestly no one as personable as these two! Finding a photog was the last big thing we needed to do; we met 5 – 6 photogs and 1) they were super expensive and 2) we felt as though we were «just the next clients» but then we met Stephanie and Kevin and we were sold! My husband and I both said from the very beginning that the pictures mean the most to us because we will have these for the rest of our lives, so we wanted someone who was able to capture who we are and what our wedding was about– they nailed this! Our pictures are amazzzzzing– from our engagement photos that captures our beachy/​casual vibe to our wedding where it was an epic dance party. They captured every moment beautifully. I would recommend them to everyone we know.

If my husband and I could give XOXO Wedding Studio 100 STARS, we would!!! When searching for a photographer and videographer, we encountered some super crazy prices and some not so personable vendors. When I came across XOXO, we decided to give it a try and it was LOVE at first sight. Hehehe! We never once felt pressured and they wanted us to have all the details. Kevin and Stephanie are a husband and wife duo who LOVE what they do and have a true passion and talent for capturing not just great engagement photos or a great wedding day, but they are amazing at getting to know their clients. They are such a humble and grateful couple who possess a creative talent like I’ve never seen. Kevin takes the pictures and videos, and Stephanie (who is super mom to the cutest little boy ever!!!) takes care of all the major details. They are very professional, but personable and fun. You can never ask them too many questions. I must have emailed Stephanie a bazillion times, and in every email, my questions were answered PROMPTLY and she was professional. Their attention to detail is phenomenal, they knew our personalities and were able to take photos and capture videos that reflected who we are. They listen to your vision but also are great at making suggestions to help you shape your ideas. Our guests loved the whole XOXO wedding team!!! During and after our wedding, our family commented at how professional but FUN, invisible yet present to take every special moment and how much their actions showed that they truly cared about our wedding day. We can’t say enough about this team! We are so grateful!

When we started wedding planning, one of the first and most important vendors we wanted were an amazing photographer and videographer to capture our wedding day. We are tremendously happy that we found Kevin and Stephanie of XOXO Wedding Studio. They are such a sweet couple, easy to work with, and they truly are talented at what they do. We really like Kevin’s style of videography and knew that he’d be able to capture all the special moments so that we could look back later on all the happy times we had. Kevin also shot our engagement photos, which turned out really great. He listened to all of our ideas for locations and even let us include our dog in some of the photos. Stephanie is so great with responding to emails and was always happy to answer any of our questions. We absolutely adore our wedding photos and video, everything came out beautifully and it’s a great way for us to relive the memories of our wedding day. I highly recommend XOXO Wedding Studio if you’re looking for a wedding photographer and videographer, I know they’ll do an amazing job!

We started planning our dream destination wedding and after a trip up and down the California coast. We wanted a place that we felt drawn towards and would also provide that incredible backdrop to our photos and videos of our day. We selected San Diego as our destination and the Del Coronado Hotel for the location. We did some research and spoke to a few of the locals for recommendations on a videographer. Our weding planner highly recommended XOXO. We called over and after speaking with Kevin and Stephanie over the phone and Skype we knew they were the team we wanted as our wedding videographer. They were friendly, attentive to all our inquires and quetions, very informative and most importantly genuine about their service to our wedding.
We live in Kentucky so we were uanble to closely coordinate but interecting with them over the phone and emails we felt that they really took the weight (and the stress) off our shoulders in regards to everything that we wanted included in our wedding video.
The finished products were easy to download and the different formats made home editing for idividuals from the wedding party and parents a simple task. The disk arrived a few days later and my parents loved having the actual physical disk.
From start to finish, Kevin and Stephanie were an integral part of the team in making our wedding day a dream come true. We couldn’t have asked for a better videographer and our wedding video is everything we hoped it would be!!!

I first found XOXO on Unilocal and after reading all of their amazing reviews, I knew that they were the right choice for me! Planning a wedding is extremely stressful and everyone I encountered at XOXO were so helpful, responsive and patient. On the «Big Day», I couldn’t have asked for a better team of people to fit right in with the wedding party. They captured each moment with style and a realness that you can actually feel when you look at the pictures. I am beyond please with their work will definitely use them again and again for family photos as well :)

I am absolutely thrilled with the final videos we received.
When I was wedding planning, my husband and I really wanted to keep costs down. I knew that I wanted a videographer but he was not necessarily sold on the idea. We found XOXO by doing a quick internet search, XOXO had great reviews on Unilocal.
I decided to watch some of their previous work posted on their website. I’m not sure if being recently engaged had anything to do with it, but I found myself tearing up and laughing along with the wedding trailers. We decided to move forward and book xoxo for our wedding videography.
The whole process was smooth and easy, Stephanie was also extremely patient with us throughout the planning process (setting timelines, getting music to them, etc) and after the big day.
Kevin was amazing on the big day. He had a very calming presence which I think is necessary on any wedding day. He was also extremely professional throughout the day. I remember some pretty awkward moments during the day and wondering how they would come out in film. Stephanie magically edited out most of the awkwardness! =P
Stephanie and Kevin were both so easy going and profession. I know videography seems expensive, but it was well worth it!
(My husband has secretly told me that he is glad we hired XOXO as our videographers. =])

This review is way overdue (my one year anniversary is in less than two weeks — I blame it on my move cross-​country immediately after my wedding)! Stephanie and Kevin were wonderful to work with. My other half was hesitant to hire a videographer due to cost but I convinced him to meet with XOXO. Meeting them and liking them as people was what really convinced my then-​fiancé to go forward with hiring them as our videographers (they were sweethearts and cooly and quietly paid for a dessert bill at the restaurant we met them at). They are really kind people who are passionate about their work and it evident in their videos and your communication with them. We LOVE (are obsessed with) our wedding trailer and documentary and so do all of our family and friends who have seen it. Hiring XOXO was one of the best decisions we made as it allowed us to see a lot of things that happened at the wedding that we missed. In addition, it is so nice to be reminded by all of the wonderful moments each time we watch our video. Your wedding is a blur — hire XOXO so that you can re-​watch a beautiful movie of your special day for the rest of your life!

Kevin, Stephanie, and the XOXO Wedding Studio team are awesome! Kevin and his assistant captured our wedding day and we couldn’t have asked for a more professional, sweet, and artistic videographer. Stephanie was so patient with our questions and requests and assured us they would be followed through. Stephanie & Kevin were so amazing from start to finish! I had a difficult time finding a wedding videographer that produced great quality videos for a decent price. Stephanie and Kevin are as good as it gets. We immediately hit it off with them when we met for drinks to discuss their services for our wedding. They are absolutely the nicest, kindest, most professional team you could possibly hope to work with. (In fact, we were blessed with amazing vendors for our wedding — not a dud in the bunch.)

From our initial consultation with Kevin and Stephanie, we knew that we would love their work. Kevin and Stephanie were the first vendor we hired for our wedding. I researched so many wedding videographers and were blown away by the quality of their work compared to the others out there and I wanted to make sure that they were the ones filming our wedding. You can tell that they have a great relationship, and they translate that love, kindness, and sweetness into their work. Stephanie was very prompt in responding to all my emails throughout the process, even after the wedding. Kevin was like a ninja during the wedding! He seemed to be in at least 2 places at once with all the awesome camera angles he was able to get. He made me feel calm and I didn’t feel like he was intrusive. He really made sure that we got the footage we wanted. Our wedding trailer couldn’t have been more perfect and I get emotional every time I watch it. The full length was perfect as well. When we requested a few changes they were super nice about making them. I HIGHLY recommend XOXO for videography (their photography looks great too!!).

This review is beyond overdue. Kevin and Stephanie are amazing! They video taped our wedding ceremony and reception (November 3, 2012).
From the moment my now husband and I met them we knew they were great. They are both sweet and approachable. They answered all the questions we had.
We received the videos (trailer and documentary) very quickly. We had them by Thanksgiving, which was super awesome because we were able to share it with family.
Both Kevin and Stephanie are video ninjas!
They took video of me interacting with my family and friends and I had no idea they were around. It was great! They also did awesome editing. We had a couple of falls happen (during vibora de la ma) and they were able to smoothly edit it. We were able to see the vibora de la mar without anyone falling.

I’ve followed their work since they started out, and have just loved to watch their style evolve over the years. We made photo books for our families this year and the pictures printed beautifully at a full-​bleed 11×15″. We love looking through the photos and reliving the day — the pictures just bring us joy and smiles upon smiles.

We don’t even have our trailer/​documentary yet, but I couldn’t wait to write a review for Kevin and Stephanie! From our first e-​mail interaction with them, I knew they were the ones I wanted to spend our wedding day with. Stephanie is unbelievably sweet, and every e-​mail she sent put a smile on my face. The day of the wedding felt like they were just additional members of our family celebrating with us. Kevin is absolutely fantastic. His encouraging remarks, laughter, and small acts of kindness (like putting all of his equipment down just to help our flower girl cut the tag off her new shoes) really proved what amazing people these two are. We cannot wait to see our footage– I have full confidence that it’s going to be perfect… and the fact that Kevin showed us a couple of snippets the night of, because he was just too excited about them ;)

For any couple looking for a creative, professional and an exceptionally easy team to work with — XOXO is who you’ve been seeking! After months of searching for a videographer for our four day Indian wedding (oh ya), we stumbled across Kevin & Stephanie and were not disappointed. If anything, they exceeded our expectations! We shared our vision with them over a few meetings (i.e. Google Hangouts and Skype) and they were on board to deliver with the kind of enthusiasm that matched ours. We’ve received nothing but compliments and amazement (and a few tears of joy) from our family and friends.

Secondly, the wedding planning process can be overwhelming and wonderful all at once. If I can share one piece of advice, it would be to rethink not spending money on a videographer. Enter Kevin and Stephanie, the dynamic duo of XOXO wedding studio.
Kevin is SUPER talented and makes your day seem like a dream. There’s something so modern and clean about the imagery he creates in his videos. I know you’ve heard that photography is important, but believe me when I say having both will catch all the important moments of your day. Even the moments you didn’t even know were happening (Kevin is AWESOME at that!) I watch our wedding video and trailer from this past summer all the time. I cry. My husband tears up. My parents cry. It truly brings back memories that photos can’t do alone and we have XOXO to thank for that.
We had tons of correspondence and questions and Stephanie is awesome at getting right back to you. They also offer photography and photobooth services if you want to one-​shop stop it and save the headache of multiple vendors. Believe me, between the work they post on their website and their collective awesomeness you feel once you meet them, you will know you’ve made a good decision with XOXO wedding studio.
