I needed to have part of my parents’ house contents shipped from California to Washington. They were spot-​on with the estimate even when all I had given them were a few photographs of the piles of things I needed packed and short notice. They did everything. I can’t say enough good things about the crew. Everything was delivered in perfect condition! They had even taken care of providing a crew to help unload the truck in Washington. Everything was packed in a box and had my address label on every box. I was a little nervous about using a local company but they are the best. Very patient with my questions and the office help was also amazing. A small locally-​owned company is the best way to go.

I needed to move two dressers from my mom’s place in San Diego to the Bay Area. Every mover I called was incredibly expensive so I was planning on renting a truck and moving the furniture myself. Then I found Wright Way on Craigslist. Their price was at least $ 200 less than the nearest-​priced competitor so I booked their services. The furniture arrived in a week and was very well-​packed and protected.
The only downside was that the price I had been quoted was for curbside delivery, which was not made clear to me when I booked the move. I found that out when the furniture was picked up. Fortunately, the delivery guy volunteered to move the furniture up to my apartment as the friends who were going to help were unavailable.
I was very impressed by how the furniture was packed. Shrink-​wrapped, Styrofoam on all sides (extra on the corners), shrink-​wrapped again and boxed. The two boxes were then shrink-​wrapped together.
All-​in-​all, I would highly recommend Wright Way. Just confirm whether delivery will be curbside or to the room where you want it.

Wright Way made my relocation from San Diego, CA to Jacksonville, NC absolutely smooth! This company is absolutely reliable, punctual and packages everything neatly. I shipped couches, bed frames and a brand new mattress, a 50 inch t.v., paintings and several boxes. Everything was in excellent condition upon arrival! Ron, Kim and Yessica are very easy to get in contact with and truly exemplify fantastic customer service. Overall, I couldn’t be anymore happier with my experience from beginning to end and will consider their services for all other moves for sure!

Wright Way IS the RIGHT WAY! I moved from San Diego, CA to Fort Collins, CO. My original plan was to rent from Uhaul or Penske (which were my only options for rental trucks) and drive all my belongings (plus SUV) with my fiancé for the 16 + hour trek at about 5 months prego. I had to weigh my SUV to determine which kind of trailer I could rent through both companies because they had weight limits. While weighing at Mayflower, I learned about Wright Way. My initial intent to contact Wright Way was because Mayflower said they had a ton of boxes for sale. After a short conversation with Kim, I learned they could come to my apartment with a crew of strong men to carry all my belongings, pack everything that needed special attention and deliver everything to me in Fort Collins IN HALF THE COST of renting a truck an driving myself. I was ELATED! The best part… they did EVERYTHING they said they would (timely arrival, efficient moving, flexible with delivery dates, took great care of my stuff, quote was spot on… etc). The service was outstanding and my belongings arrived safe and sound… ZERO damage! Very positive experience and I highly recommend this company to anyone moving. They made my life soooo much easier! OH… one last thing… EVERYTIME I called… Kim, a real live human being, answered! And if by chance I missed her, she ALWAYS called me within the hour.

I was extremely hesitant about using a small
Company to move me across the states. However, I did my research and made sure this company was BBC accredited. I was assured that it was and spoke to a very informative, patient woman. Very friendly, on time, and most of all very professional. I was more than impressed by their packing. When it arrived @ my home it was A LOT of cardboard and foam padding that I had to throw away from the great job they did! I was so happy to have used a great local company. I have already recommended them.

I just used them to move from San Diego to Portland and also used them to store my stuff for 2 months. They do an amazing job packing all your odd items and everything was in perfect condition upon arrival. I was amazed at how the get every single thing into a box, which led to a lot of recycling trips when unpacking, but was worth it to get stuff that isn’t broken. Of note, stuff can only be delivered Monday through Friday 8−5pm as they use UPS. Stuff arrives on giant freight boards stacked about 10 feet high and shrinker wrapped. Would love to use them again for long distance moves. Their price was very good for the amount of work that they did.

We recently moved from San Diego to Northern Virginia and used Wright Way for the move. I was extremely skeptical about the service, but it was a very good experience. They showed up on time and were quick about packing up our belongings. When leaving San Diego we didn’t know where we’d be living, so we had 14 days to give them an address and not be charged for storage. We gave them an address within the 14 day window, and 8 days later we had our stuff! Yes, we now have more packaging than we know what to do with, but everything came through undamaged, and for much less than a ‘full service’ moving company. The other thing to note is that they do ‘curbside’ delivery — so, for example, our boxes were deposited right outside the door of our apartment building, and we moved them up one flight of stairs. So as long as you’re prepared to do some moving of your own on the receiving end, and you can deal with unboxing your furniture, I’d recommend them. For us, that was a small price to pay for saving ourselves some money — and hassle!

I’m not sure why there’s no other reviews on Unilocal on Wright Way, but my experience with them has been extremely positive. I was referred to them by a competitor who suggested I speak with them because for the light load I was shipping they would be more cost effective.
I was moving cross country from San Diego to New York and had about 22 boxes that needed shipped, including a triathlon bike, some fragile paintings and pictures, and golf clubs.
Kim is the main person who I worked with at Wright Way and she’s incredibly personable, friendly, and customer centric. They respond to you in a timely manner and the actual shipping was handled surprisingly fast and stress-​free.
I had only one item damaged and I’m working with them now to resolve it. Regardless however I would absolutely consider Wright Way again for a move.
