The Wm. B. Kolender Sheriff’s Museum covers 6800 square feet of space on two floors. The entire history of the San Diego Sheriff’s Department, from 1850 to present is reflected in the many exhibits in this Museum. Visitors will enjoy sitting on a real Sheriff’s Department motorcycle and activating the lights and sirens, checking out the equipment used over the last 160 years plus, with many vintage photos.
