I’m sorry to say this but unfortunately this Wendy’s was beyond unsatisfactory. As a raw vegan organic only person I figured taking my husband to a fast food joint would be atrocious, so I showed up with a negative attitude already. My sweet eggplant buckwheat husband was ordering his food and was smacked in the face with big negative attitude. He ordered a larger lemonade and the lady gave us the straw at the end in the bag he sat there parched his thirst waiting a full minute without a straw. Do not get me started on the food, the meat was not grass fed organic meat it was terrible! The vegies were clearly days old and the fries were made out of plastic. I tell my husband everyday to eat dirt from the ground like I do but now he is on the toilet projectile vomiting while I am enjoying my dirt with a side of raw buckwheat that I sprouted myself.

Open late? It would be nice but you’re not open late. Driving thru in n out now. So happy. I’m glad you closed early tonight, I got better food anyways.

I’ve came to this Wendy’s several times, because it’s quick and right across the street from where I live, but after the HORRIBLE customer service today I will not be returning. I went through the drive thru. Stated my order. She repeated the wrong order back to me, so I let her know that was incorrect and re-stated what I wanted. She rudely cut me off and said«That’s what I just said.» I let it go and drove up to the window. She(I’m assuming is a manager. She had on different work attire from the other employees) opened the window took my card, handed me my bag and said bye in the most bitchest(not even a word, but that’s how she was) manner I have ever seen. I drove off and come to realize I paid for 4 spicy chicken wraps no ranch and they gave me 3. After clarifying before I went to the window that I had ordered 4. Now I’m short a wrap. Don’t have time to go back for the 4th they left out, because I have a time schedule, as well. So if it was possible to not give any stars at all. They would not even have one from me!

Ventured out to try one of these«handcrafted Salads» Wendy’s was promoting. One, because I was too lazy to pack my lunch last night and second because my feet hurt and a drive through sounded so much better. Got the ½ bbq ranch salad and it was absolute slop. I ended up picking off the«chicken» that was slimy and rubbery, then was left with soggy iceberg(I found ONE piece of spinach), a dash of soggy corn, and a dash of cheese. I gagged that down out of desperation so I could get back in time for my afternoon meetings but will remember that crappy salad the next time I don’t feel like interrupting GOT to pack a meal.

Worst Wendy’s I have ever experienced. Lousy service, lousy food & lousy store. The employees could not care less!

Service here took forever and I had ordered a chili with onions and cheese, the kid putting my order together told me it was extra, when clearly I had paid already. He told me «it’s usually extra but only for today» and had put cheese on there. Ha he acted like he was hooking me up. No I paid for that shhhii**

Not even worth one star. I recommend driving thru, that’s where all their attention seems to be. One person working the inside when everyone else is working drive thru, so if you eat inside it takes soooo long to order AND get your food. And if you want a refill, forget it! I hope you don’t have anywhere to be cuz you’re gunna be waiting for a good while before anyone gets to you. So many workers just walk right by, they see the one cashier could use some help, but they’re too busy doing the drive thru orders, too busy to even fill a cup with lemonade. So again, if you do have to eat here, just drive thru, TRUST me.

I don’t even know why I bother coming here. Every experience gets worse. They have the slowest service and the people working here do not have good customer service skills. The employees care more about laughing and joking amongst themselves instead of paying attention to the customers.

Great customer service. Second time here this week. Someone wiping tables and keeping clean both times. Recommend this location, the other one by the 8 Freeway has a little bit tougher parking depending on the time of day.

My friend who is dark Mexican went to buy lunch with a 100 $ bill they told him that they didn’t have any change and turned him away supposedly cuz they did not have change. My nephew who was with him is a light shade of Mexican went up to the counter to grab dessert paid with a 100 $ bill and it was taken, the guy even went out of his way to grab change from the drive thru window. Im concerned how the employees treat people not saying it was based on color(but that’s what it really seemed like) but they should at least have a money marker to mark bills if they have doubts so people don’t take things the wrong way! Horrible customer service if you ask me… PS as good as the food was you just lost 3 customers…

I love this Wendy’s. The workers and manager, Maria, are nice and the surroundings are very pretty. When you sit out and eat, it’s beautiful. I don’t know what all those trees are called planted around the hi-rise apartment buildings across the street, but they are so pretty to look at and somehow Zen in their vibe. Love the little crispy chicken sandwich. Just enough protein and bread for me. The chicken is always fresh and tasty. Guys would need to order about 4. They’re $ 1.29. :D

Definitely not my favorite Wendy’s, but it’s not bad either. I absolutely hate the location, there is never ever any parking. There are just a ridiculous amount of big box retail stores crammed into this one little shopping center. The employee’s here are fine, they’re not overly nice or ever looking overly bored. But that’s the thing. everything about this place is just that.fine. i keep going back, but only if i’m in the immediate area, i won’t drive out of my way to get there.

I ate here for the first time today. My wife and I both had a chicken sandwich and split an order of fries. She had a shake and I a soft drink. She was happy with the food and frosty. I felt the sandwich was as good as one can expect from fast food. The fries were cooked well, but no seasoning. My wife and I felt they were tasteless. My drink was watery, but the staff were very good about ensuring I had an acceptable substitute. My biggest issue was how long it took to place the order. There was one person on the cash register taking orders. But an employee was washing windows while the lines were getting longer. If looking for a quick sandwich, I would go back, but not the best experience.

I was having a horrible day and needed a quick lunch. This place put me in a better mood. The manager went and got the specific toy for the happy meal and smiled the whole time. When I was opening the apples from the kids meal, they went everywhere! The lady sitting in the corner(having an obvious managers meeting) got right up and got me a new bag. The customer service here is outstanding. My home style asiago ranch was pretty amazing too.

Just went into Wendy’s …I was so hungry I decided to try the pretzel chesse bacon hamburger, the meat seemed cold to me and the bread was toasted …I can taste the smell of the grill. No did not eat it. When you are really hungry most of the time every thing tastes good! Nop

To start with the staff was friendly and our order came out quicky. The food did come out quite tasty but I didn’t get the extra cheese that I asked for on my Baconator. After all the terrible reviews I’ve heard about this place it’s not that bad and the biggest to the food came out quick. Fast food!

I have to say, I am extremely impressed with the quickness and overall friendliness of the staff. I had to place 2 large orders for an event and they were quick and very professional both times. I have to say I will be placing more future orders. The staff made everything worth while, by far the best I have encountered over all other fast food places. :)

Not much of a positive writer lately, and I would argue that for this Wendy’s, I’ve definitely experienced better from this location. Their drive thru is usually fast, so that wasn’t the problem. The problem with this place is the food is not HOT. I mean, the drive thru was BUSY as hell and our food was cold. I don’t complain usually because I can pretty much and will pretty much eat anything if I’m hungry. Note to Wendy’s: No matter what you name or rename your food(the classic burger is now Dave’s Hot and Juicy burger), you gotta have that food PIPINGHOT. Especially for drive thru because you know what? My butt is not driving all the way back from my apartment once I notice the food isn’t up to par. I shouldn’t have to check the bag as soon as I get it before I leave. Please Wendy’s Mission Valley, step up your game, so I can get my Wendy’s ON from time to time again!

Ironic that this place runs like a professional sports franchise with a sub-500 record. You would think that ownership and management would have a clue about the ongoing mediocrity, but apparently not. The drive-thru runs in a timely fashion, but the food quality is just pathetic. These fries are cold and soggy. The sandwich is barely warm and looks like it was put together by a circus monkey. All due respect, monkey. A charity half-star for not giving me any food borne illnesses. I’m going back to the Wendy’s on Mission Gorge Rd and Zion Ave, near Kaiser Hospital.
