I have always had good luck with this agency. They always call me in to go over everything they’ve done before leaving my home. Everything sparkles!!! I have recommend them to friends and family!!!

Waste of time! I paid $ 129 for 2 people for 2 hours. I told them that the most imortant thing was the floors. It was a husband and wife team and all the husband did was vacumn and mop (barely) — and the wife did all the heavy lifting. So it was more like have one person cleaning instead of 2. He swooshed a dirty mop around a few times and called it a day. they didn’t even both to clean around or behind things like the toilet. My bath room is small and the main living area has a large rug, so there was not a lot of floor to clean— but they could not even do that. I had to clean the floors myself after they left! I am so tired of cleaning services that barely touch the surface of things — I can dust myself — that is not why I hired you!

I was beyond unhappy with the service provided to me by weekend maids. I employed their services for a move out clean. One of the main reasons I went with this company was because of their high Unilocal ratings. I would have happily done the cleaning myself, except that I was on an enormous time crunch to move out of my apartment and have my walk out inspection the next morning. I made an 11am appointment, gave my credit card number and was told that if I cancelled I would be charged anyway since I was within their 72 hour cancellation period. The next morning I got a call saying that the maids could not be there at 11 and that 3:30 was the earliest that they could get out, but that they would be there promptly at 3:30. I arrived back at my empty apartment at 3:15 so that I could let them in to start the cleaning when they arrived at 3:30. After waiting patiently and no arrival by 4pm I called the main number to find out what was going on. I was told that they would contact the maids and would call me right back. Another 30 mins goes by with no call back. At this point I could have had a good chunk of the cleaning done myself had I had cleaning supplies at my vacant apartment. Instead I am sitting, and getting more aggregated by the minute waiting for someone to arrive and no one calling be back to tell me what is going on. Finally I get a call at 5pm from the cleaners telling me that they are 30 mins away and wondered if I still wanted their services. This is beyond unacceptable. I clearly would have gone with another company had I know that no one was going to show up until 5:30 pm when I made the appointment for 11am! By this time it is now very dark outside. Once the cleaners arrived and started the work I left to attend to other matters. I got a call 2 hours later saying that they were done and that I needed to come pay them. When I got back to the place I was dumbfounded at how many things were not done. No baseboards had been cleaned, an entire bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, the range hood and oven were not cleaned and nothing was vacuumed. I asked why and was told they didn’t have a vacuum. What kind of cleaners don’t bring a vacuum? Especially a move out clean! The blinds were filthy, which they would have clearly seen if they had shown up in the daytime like they were supposed to. The next day I went to meet my landlords a bit early to see (in the daylight) what had been missed. I spent an hour re-​cleaning all the things that had been missed, however I didn’t have enough time or tools to complete the work before my inspection. After doing my walk through, the landlords informed me that they were docking me $ 200 for the things that were not cleaned when I moved out. I told them that I paid for a cleaning service. She, in turn told me that I would have been better off not cleaning a thing and I would have been docked the same amount. Frustrated and annoyed I once again called the weekend maids direct line to give them my feedback of the situation. After sharing everything I have here with them they said that they would investigate the situation and get right back to me. Well, it’s 2 weeks later and not a word! This company and their customer service is terrible. So, my word of advice… If you are on a time crunch or want a professional cleaning crew to do a great job, look elsewhere for cleaning services. This is not the company for you! I would give negative stars if I could!

After comparing rates with several different cleaning companies, I decided to call Weekend Maids for a quote. I spoke with Linda who was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and provided the thorough information I was looking for when I called. They were able to accommodate all my requests. Weekend maids responded to my request right away and followed up immediately with a time slot. They even had someone come out same day to clean my apartment. They were friendly and courteous on the phone. Looking forward to seeing their work!

SF Bay Area: Wow, they called me soon after I requested a quote, then subsequently pushy/​high-​pressure to get me to both schedule cleaning as well as give them my credit card number over the phone, etc. Resisted just emailing me a quote (they still haven’t). Sounded very fishy to be so pushy.

I have been using Weekend Maids service for over 2 years now. They do a complete general cleaning of my house every 4 weeks. Suzi is complete, flexible and a hard worker. The house looks sparkling when she is done!

I will NEVER use this service again. First of all you have to speak with the office staff if something goes wrong and are never able to directly contact the actual cleaners. Our job went wrong from start to finish. Not only was a way not provided to speak with the workers but the office manager Laura told me «sorry I just cannot reach them».
Cleaning was scheduled at my condo for 2pm. At 4pm the office called to tell me that the cleaners had been denied access to my home. After trying to convince the office they must be at the wrong address (they just kept repeating the same thing) the office finally told me their people were at the wrong address. We had to reschedule as they arrived so late.
Next morning I called at 8am and was told the manager was not there and they had no idea when she would arrive. Laura called me an hour later. I explained how important it was that the workers start in the vacant room. She tried without success to call them.
Ultimately, they did not clean vacant areas and movers were running into workers. They did not clean floors adequately, left mold in 2 showers although they came back a second time. Rugs were left not vacuumed. When I called SAME DAY to inform Laura that my place was not clean she said «too late» What? She told me to send pictures of the poor work to Jessika and I would be contacted to discuss.
I sent email and pics. They never called. Poor customer service and no recourse if the work is substandard!!!

I called Weekend Maids today to help me with cleaning for my move-​out. I had been shopping around for a good deal and this place was very professional and had different packages to choose from that will meet my needs. I spoke with Kayla and Sonia, both are professional and friendly. They will be cleaning my place next week ~ I will update then.

Great service and awesome customer service. So good I’m giving Weekend Maid a chance to be my monthly service. My wife and I have been using other service for about a year but never any repeaters, because they may have missed a spot here a little dirt there which is fine if you don’t want our business.
WeekendMaid has not missed a little dirty here or there, they have been great. So as long as they continue to shine I’ll continue to have them in my home.

Great customer service I called and Kayla got me set up with last minute services right away. Confirmation email was sent immediately after our phone call!

I’m moving out & needed cleaning service quick. I filled out a bunch of free estimate forms online & they were the first ones to get back to me. I spoke with Kayla who was very nice & explained exactly what they would do for my move out.
They had the best price & they come Monday. I’ll update this review Monday after they come. I’m looking forward to see the work they do!

My wife and I both work long hours and sometimes cleaning up the place just isn’t how we want to spend what little off time we have, so we’ve been using Weekend Maids on and off for several years now, and they are great. The cleaning teams they use are very thorough and punctual. I’ve never had any problems with them and they always leave the place spotless. Considering that I have kids and animals, that’s impressive!
Even on last minute appointments they come through! So, long story short if you are looking for a good agency at a decent price, don’t hesitate to give them a call.

We called Weekend Maids last minute over Memorial Day weekend. We had tried other cleaning services and no one was available. Maria & Ashley came promptly at 7am ready with their cleaners, vacuum, mops etc. These two ladies were fantastic! I explained what needed to be done and without hesitation got to work! They did such an exceptional job that we will defiantly be calling back to request them. Ashley was very nice, polite and quickly returned our call even on the holiday weekend. I’ve been thinking of having someone come in once a month to do the deep cleaning for me in my place. I work a lot of hours, travel a bunch and really don’t want to spend my day off scrubbing the bathroom and the floors so I looked up some agencies. Weekend Maids were the first people to pop up on google and I looked at their Unilocal reviews, they were either really good or really bad. If this would have been a restaurants review I was looking at I would have looked the other way but then I realized there’s obviously different cleaning crews here and people have liked some and not others.
I called and had an appointment for the next day. I was informed it was $ 69 for 2 girls for an hour or 1 girl for 2 hours, my place is small so I knew that would be plenty of times and my place is pretty clean anyway. The girls were 20 minutes early, I felt bad I wasn’t home when they arrived but was there within 5 minutes. They had all of their own cleaning supplies, I left, came back an hour later and my place looked great! Leticia and Susana did a fantastic job and I really appreciate all their hard work and I’ll definitely start using this service on a monthly basis.

Worst cleaning service I have ever had! We paid for a deep clean for our 1000sq ft EMPTY 2 bedroom Condo (we hadn’t moved a single thing inside yet!) So it should’ve been a very simple-​fast job to sweep, vacuum, windex etc. We came back in to inspect after 2.5 hours and it was as if these two ladies sat on the floor THE WHOLE TIME! I was shocked! Nothing was DONE yet they said they were finished! I’m attaching pictures. It was so disrespectful of our time and money.
The ladies argued with me when I showed them the dirt on the floor and said it wouldn’t come up, I swiped my finger and showed her how easily it does and she muttered something is Spanish and wiped it up. I could keep going with all the instances she argued with me and I would show her and then she would do it. I did not realize by hiring them to clean an empty condo I would have to micro manage them! Ridiculous!
