Vishions Smoke & Vape Shop

I couldn’t recommend this shop more! The gentlemen were both friendly and soooo helpful. I’m from lake Elsinore and I’ll be debatin the drive out here. Not sure if you two will read this but I appreciate the help and patience you had with two new vape users.

First time visiting this shop today. Definitely not what I was expecting but my mind was blown. I came here specifically for vape juice. They have EVERYTHING you can possibly imagine all the best high end/​regular juices. Tons of options. On top of it the manager James was the one who helped us super friendly and very patient. I myself like to try a lot of juice when I go and he was so helpful and so pleasant didn’t seem irritated once for all the juice we tried. He is very knowledgable on his juices also which is nice. I left there buying seven juices today. This will definitely be my go to vape shop. And they also have glass as well if your interested in that part which looked like they had a wide variety of. But overall it was a great experience great customer service, clean shop. And have everything you could possibly imagine if you need vape stuff or glass !! Check out this place !

Hands down the best vape shop in the area. I drive 20 mins just to come out here every week. Very large line on product with a huge wall of juices. The store manager, James, is awesome and always hooks it up with deals and great customer support. Highly recommend this place:)

This is one of the best smoke shop experience I have had. The employee that helped us Will was very knowledge and nice. He knew the prices off the top of his head. They had every kind of product smoke shops carry and large variety. He even called his boss to check on wholesale prices.

This place is my go to spot for all my needs and accessors. It always happens that something breaks so when it does or I need a new piece I always come here. Made a mistake and went tried anther spot down the road but got bad service. This place treated me right even tho I wasn’t spending hundreds of dollars. Found a nicely priced no name 18 inch water pipe for around fifty bucks. Jus right up my alley in price and was extremely helpful. Who ever was workin yesterday (10−10−15) @ about 6 o’clock … thank you very much. I will continue to keep this place on top of my list.

My second visit here, and definitely noticed the difference in store and service since my last visit. Adrian was very friendly, and inviting, I’m glad this shop closes late too! I will be coming back and referring friends.

Picked some Booyah purple haze vape juice and this shit is on point… good looking out anthony… I’ll be seeing you again vape juice is bomb!!! Coming back to get more juice from you soon…

Went looking for some ejuice and didn’t have one problem with the employees here. They were very helpful in what I was looking for. Thanks for the help guys. If I make it back to SD I know where I will be going.

Exceptional all the way around.
I just left Vishions about 30 minutes ago, and the staff was stellar. Hallie and Michael helped me out (I think his name was Michael. I was distracted by his smooth southern accent) and both were amazing. I was shopping for accessories for my vape (e-​cig? What are the cool kids calling it nowadays?) and I had called them earlier in the day to make sure they carried parts. Hallie was professional and knowledgeable and told me they had what I was looking for.
They had more than I was looking for.
I left there spending nearly 10 times what I came in to buy. They had so many fun chambers, tips, grinders, and every other little vape gadget you could imagine. Hallie sensed that I wasn’t completely happy with the product I have now, and she began pulling out boxes from the cases. Before you knew it, she had explained everything and showed me some neat things I didn’t know even existed. She was as excited for me as I was for myself. Well, almost that excited. Michael (let’s agree to call him that) chimed in during times when he wasn’t helping other customers and their combined knowledge of the product was awesome.
At no point did I ever feel hurried. They took their time to answer all my noob questions and didn’t pressure me to buy something more expensive. I was kind of bummed out when I paid and had to leave.
I live in OB near several shops, and I will certainly go out of my way a little to go to Vishions because of their customer service and selection. Prices were extremely reasonable. OH! And they also have this free rewards card which earns you a percentage off after so many purchases.
I’m trying to think of something bad to say, but honestly I can’t think of anything negative about this visit. Except maybe the parking lot. It’s a little tight, but there are always spaces available. Just don’t pull your big rig in there.

This is definitely one of those one-​stop shop places where you can find everything you’re looking for in a smokeshop. pretty bomb selection from high-​end to cheap All the people that work there is a really cool and pretty helpful great selection and prices were good too I will definitely be back.

Great shot, great prices, great staff. I went there the other day to get an e-​cigarette mod and atomizer. They gave me an unbelievable deal on a 26 850 model with charger battery the whole shebang. It was about $ 120 out the door and he built the mod with the super custom coil. They’re very knowledgeable and very nice. Stop by and check out the prices.

I usually shop for ecigs online, I decided to start buying in my area to support local business even though the prices are a little higher than buying online. Unfortunately, I have had bad experiences with this shop. In general, the staff does not seems familiar with the ecig products they sell and the product quality is poor. I bought 2 ecig batteries, but only one worked. I brought the defective one back the following day and the employee was extremely rude and treated me like I was trying to scam him. The next time I bought 2 ecig battery chargers and only one worked. I did not bother returning it. I certainly won’t shop there again. The quality of the products are poor and most of the staff are not very helpful.

the shop is fine. a lot of choices and something for everybody. the ppl that work there are most of the time rude, too stone to comprehend my questions and just uninviting. they dont have knowledge of the products and are nasty when you ask them about it. if it wasnt for the rude help… it would be a great store. fire them all

The only reason why I’m giving this place 1 star is because the white guy with the beard was a complete douche bag. He had horrible customer service. He acted like he would rather be dead then be working. His vibe was completely negative and I didn’t even want to buy anything because he made it seem like we were in the way. I will only shop there if the other guy is there. I give him 5 stars.

well, I’ve been a few times and have gotten wonderful customer service. Nathan knows everything about what’s in his store, super patient, too. real knowledge, good prices, and actually, a really good selection… I’m going back for both a home and a portable vaporizer… cya soon

Just left there, the man the waited on me was totally helpful. No time wasted, good price for being a loyal costumer. Super cool dog too. They’ve been in business at least 15 years in San Diego. Must be doing something right

Just like any other vishions, they have a great selection. Their prices are a little high and there is no haggling to get your price down. Also the guy working there did not know his shit. I asked for a shower head downstem and he had no idea what I was talking about. I literally had to explain what it was and where they kept them n a box on the floor behind the counter. All the knowledgable people they could have hired, and this guy was the best they could do.

Today was my second visit in the past two weeks. On my first visit, the woman behind the counter was totally cool and very helpful and I made a decent purchase. Today, the guy behind the counter was somewhat of a jerk and acted like he didn’t want to be bothered, so my purchase was minimal. Frankly, I doubt I’ll go back. There are tons of places like this in SD and I prefer to give my business to those places that hire folks who understand their job is «CUSTOMER SERVICE.» It takes way more effort to be rude than it does to put a smile on your face and treat a customer nicely.
