Once again I’m SUPER happy with my alterations here! They are very sweet people who really care about your garments. Picked up my skirt that needed at least 12″ taken off and had multiple layers and it looks great! We dropped off my husbands coats and shirt to get worked on next. They are price friendly and you can always get an estimate before they begin any work.

I love these cleaners! I found them when I started working in the area and of course chose this place because of the reviews. I have since had them to my dry cleaning and alterations on numerous pieces of clothing. I forget her name but she’s the wife of the owner and she IS FABULOUS. I went in there on two occasions and needed some alterations done for clothing for a trip coming up in a few days, she was quick to get them finished but the quality was amazing. She will make sure she gets the alterations how I want. I had to have her refit a dress a couple times to get it right and i was thinking «oh my god this is going to be so expensive» but it wasn’t! I love them. they care about their customers and they care about making sure you come back. great business.

Very impressed for my first transaction here. Altered two pairs of work pants (wool slacks) and two pairs of jeans to have hemmed that I took in on Thursday and asked that my work pants be completed before Monday (which meant Saturday due to their business days/​hours).
Star #1: Their first star was for the initial greeting and service provided. I love when businesses (especially smaller storefronts) greet their customers and don’t have them wait standing around for service and I was greeted with smiles and friendly chat. I had my 3-​month old in tow, stroller and all and the business owners helped to make the experience smooth and get my pants measured quickly which is always appreciated.
Star #2: Cleanliness and organization. Nice new shopping center, things were organized and well-​kept within the store. Something you like to see from a cleaners/​alterations place that gives you that warm-​fuzzy that they have it together.
Star #3: Having good/​average pricing on par with or better than other comparable places. I haven’t used their cleaning services so I can’t yet comment on the pricing but will update in a later review.
Star #4: After returning to pickup my pants on Saturday came the true test: quality. Getting home and trying on all the pants, both legs are even and the pants are expertly hemmed. The stitching its tight, no loose or excess material, and the length is perfect despite me forgetting to bring in the shoes I would typically wear with each.
Star #5: Customer service above and beyond. Value Cleaners not only completed my work pants, but also my jeans on Saturday. On top of that, they also pressed and «creased» my work pants that had been neglected which was a bonus!
I will definitely be returning for future alterations and dry-​cleaning service in the future for a business that works this hard for their customers.

The alterations are SO professional! And several times, they have removed stains from precious clothing. I highly recommend this place. (And my son loves that they have good candy there :))

Value cleaners does a great job altering my clothing items, it is cheap (but still fantastic quality), and gets them done as quick as I need! I will definitely return to have all of my clothing items altered and repaired! (:

These cleaners hemmed my pants, cleaned my shirt, and pressed an entire suit within the span of a day. Incredibly fast with great quality. The price was very good as well. Definitely got me looking good for graduation.

I brought my two kids in with me to pick up my husband’s dress shirts and the owner insisted on helping me carry 16 dress shirts into my car. Such great customer service. His dress shirts are clean, nicely pressed and to his liking — medium starch. Their prices are very competitive, such a great value for the quality of work they do. The store itself is clean, organized and well ventilated. Also, don’t forget to say Unilocal for 10% off your dry cleaning or 20% off your alterations. I definitely recommend this place.

They did a great job for drycleaning my wool jacket and silk blouses at lower prices than other cleaners. Alteration is really thoroughly done too. The store is always clean and clothes are perfectly organized. They remember my clothes every time (the owners don’t even have to look up the computer or anything) which makes me feel like they know their business. Im so happy that i found here. Highly recommend!

I’d recommend this place to anyone! It’s under new management and the lady in front is super nice. They do the best alterations. Brought in some pants to get hemmed up and it was perfect would give more stars if I could. Definitely my go to place now best dry cleaners in town. Prices on dry cleaning are great very happy

I have been giving them shirts to press for $ 1.50 and suddenly now they say we cannot do it at that price. Its just for the first few times. Dry Cleaning is $ 2.25 and pressing they are saying its 2 $.

Friendly service but two mistakes will prevent me from returning. First, I was told my clothes would be finished in the afternoon two days away. When I went to pick them up, one of them was missing and had not returned from the cleaning place. I was told to come back the next day to get them both. It would have been good to have been contacted in advance if the time committed to was no longer possible. Second, and more importantly, the jacket piece of my suit that was returned to me is not mine at all, a totally different brand from what I provided. Unfortunately, I only discovered this several weeks later when living abroad which means I now have to acquire a new suit. I look forward to visiting Value Cleaners when I return to the U.S. in January to see how they intend to replace my missing jacket and will update my review then.

They have a sign that said they don’t accept card as a form of payment if the amount is less than $ 5. I got a little nervous because I didn’t bring cash. My total ended up being more than that anyways. But the lady told me that even though my amount would be less than $ 5, they’d be more than happy to take your card as a form of payment. No problem! :) She was very nice and my shirts looked great. Love them already!

This place does a great job and at a great price. The husband and wife are extremely nice too.

I have been using Value Cleaners for all my dry-​cleaning work and clothes repairs in the last 12 years. Although I only dress business casual, I like my clothes to look good, well ironed. They have always done a great job and are very friendly, very easy to work with in case of time constraints.

Friendly and prompt, items came out perfect not too starchy and pressed nicely. I’m always nervous going to a new dry cleaner but I’ve now found my place! And it’s cheap 3.25 and item!

I’ve been coming to this place for years and have always been please with their work. I even had my wedding dress streamed here a couple of days before my wedding! The owners are always very nice and helpful, the price is very reasonable and the work is great. There were a few times that I had asked them to rush my dry cleaning and they have always been able to come through wonderfully.
I have also used their alteration on several occasions and am happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this place.

First of all, I used to be really confused when I’d drive by this place because there are two cleaners right next door to each other. I used to think that’d be terrible for business. So let me clear it up for everyone — Value Cleaners cleans CLOTHES and Critter Cleaners cleans DOGS.
Now that I’ve gotten that out of the way, I was going to go take my girlfriend out to a fancy dinner… and that included the fancy suit with the button up shirt and the tie and the whole shabang. Now I’m a college student. A pretty poor one at that. So normally, I just throw my tshirts and jeans in the washer. But I realized since this was a pretty special occasion, I’d need to look pretty good.
The problem was that when I tried on my suit for the first time since high school, I realized I had grown a bit taller and my socks were showing when I walked around with my pants.
Now knowing that Value Cleaners cleans clothes and that (hopefully) that cleaning is done at a value, I decided to try them out for my first dry cleaning experience. The lady behind the counter was extremely nice and understanding of how important this suit was. She told me that if I wasn’t in a rush, they could be even more attentive and do an even better job. My date wasn’t for another week so I let them let out my pants to as long as they could go and dry clean the suit.
When I came back a week later, the suit was perfect. I tried it on right there and the pants were the perfect length and there wasn’t a wrinkle or a stain in sight.
Next time if I have anything to be dry cleaned or altered, I’d definitely go to this place.

I had been a customer of Value Cleaners for more than 2 years before experiencing recently the worst imaginable customer service. When I picked up a dry cleaned bed comforter there, it was folded tightly in a clear plastic bag. Wrinkles were apparent and the female proprietor told me they would fall out. They did not – the comforter looked horribly wrinkled. So I returned at 8 AM on the following work day. Despite the posted hours, they were not open, so I returned later. I asked for them to please redo the comforter and to NOT put it in the plastic bag this time, suggesting they either just fold it around paper or put on a large hanger, as other cleaners have done. When they refused, I asked for my $ 20 back. They began LAUGHING at me, then speaking in a foreign language. The male owner said he’d never seen me before (!!). I told him I remembered him well, and he then said they have too many customers to remember me. Interestingly, my boyfriend had asked me recently why I always went to the cleaners with the angry-​looking man behind the counter. Good question. They had always done good work before– so I was astonished that a customer’s business was worth not even $ 20 to them.
