The people at USE Credit Union are always pleasant, enthusiastic about their culture, and a joy to be around.

This bank is just like all the others. I’ve had an account for 20+ years and was recently turned down for a 15,000 car loan. I’ve never missed a payment at any time and was turned down for no substantial reason. I joined a credit union because I thougt they were different — nope. the same as wells and all the others. Customer Service is aweful
