Talk about a miracle. Richard is the man. We tried and tried and tried to get approved for a loan and Richard went out of his way to call the bank and get the deal done. What a nice guy helping me out getting my first car. Highly recommend US Motors to anyone out there looking for a car. I got a beautiful 2013 Jetta.
To Unilocal: I’ve put this review 4 times now. I purchased the car from US motors and this is a real post. Please do not take down.

I had to look for a new car fast because my other one was totalled. Went to US Motors and found a really nice car. Richard is professional and it was a painless purchase. This was the first time I bought a car on my own so I was a bit anxious about it. He aims to please and I am very happy with my car. I plan on my next purchase to be @ US Motors

I had been looking online for a 4×4 for a few months. I found a Jeep that matched my list to a «T» at US Motors, a 2 hour drive from me. Turned out to be well worth the drive. The truck was just as described online, even better in person. Richard let us take a test drive with no fuss. He was asking a very fair price (just under blue book) and had me out the door in record time. I had to ask them to do extra paperwork to make my credit union happy, they accomodated quickly and with no hassle. Got exactly what I wanted, right on budget, with some genuinely good guys. Can’t ask any more than that!

Great experience purchasing through US Motors. It was fast, easy, and fair. Got a great price for a great car. And after the purchase was already complete, Richard noticed the two front tires needed to be replaced and did so free of charge! Along with a complimentary oil change and free touch up of a few paint dings. I recommend US Motors and would buy a car through them again!

These guys are the best! They got me a Christmas present on Christmas Eve! Yes I was going for a nice Audi, and they got me a better deal with a better car! They know how to surprise you! Richard and Eddie are two great guys. They will do what they can to get you the car you want. Even last minute like they did with me! Great service, and great selection of cars. Definitely recommend them, made the process easy not waiting all day like at a Corp dealership!

I purchased a 2005 BMW 3 series with 100k miles from Richard roughly 4 years ago. I did not have the best credit history, but he went out of his way to do the best he could just to make sure I drove a new car home that night. After a few hours I finally got an approval, he was able to approve me through Chase Auto Finance. Long story short. during those times I own the BMW, there was not a single issue at all with the car. The car was well maintained and taken care of. So just about two months ago, my girlfriend needed a new car bad because her current one is falling apart and miles are racking high. My first place and only place I can think of since I had such a positive experience was US Motors. So we stopped by US Motors and immediately she saw a Black 2006 Lexus IS350 she really liked. So we took it for a test drive and I was very impressed, I can tell by a quick look underneath the car, driving the car and under the hood that this car is well taken care of and we wanted this car. So we came back to US Motors and had our info ran. We came across an issue that didn’t allow us to finance the Lexus, since we already have a 20k car loan under our name, it made things a little difficult. It was mainly because of our income, credit history and age. both in our early 20’s. It was getting a little late since we decided to come right after work and wasn’t expecting to buy a car right there. Richard told us he will see what he can do in the morning and he was going to make a few calls here and there. He was even nice enough to let us take the car overnight as he tried to work his magic. So the next day came by and we get a call from Richard. he tells us that he is still working on it since not many lenders are budging and to give him another day. We started to become a little worried and felt we would be wasting both Richard and our time. So the next following day after during work we got the good news. He said we got approved and to stop by and finish up our paperwork! The process was fast and easy and she is a proud owner of her 2006 Lexus IS350!

UPDATE:
Since the two months we owned the car. She had taken it to the dealership for an inspection because we read somewhere online that there was a recall on the fuel pump fuse or something in that nature. We take it to the Lexus to the dealership and the Service Advisor was a bit sad to tell us that «There is absolutely nothing wrong with this car! Every single thing from the tires, fluids, brakes is in perfect condition.» He showed us service records and the previous owner took outstanding care of the car. Even though we didn’t have to do any services or needed which is a surprise because dealerships will always try to find something to fix for you… they still charged us a $ 100 inspection fee. which we do not mind at all.

I highly recommend you guys give these guys a shot first. Richard truly cares for all of his customers and will do his best to help you guys out… no matter what your story or financial situation. His actions truly speak! I will definitely buy again and have been referring all my friends to make their next purchase with him.

This is a great place looking to buy a car. The staff is friendly and well informed in the cars their selling. I recommend anybody looking to buy a car.

By far one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Richard and his team went well beyond what I would have expected from any car sales representative. They were honest about the vehicle history, patient while waiting for me to secure financing, and flexible when it came to my trade in. Not to mention, there was a noticeable lack of pressure to buy. They waited for me to make up my mind on whether I wanted to buy, then helped me through the process.
Being military, I’ve dealt with more than my fair share of attempted predatory car sales. This was certainly not one of those situations. I would recommend them to anyone. I’ll be sure to point my friends their way if ever any of them are looking for a car.

I came here today in a really bad position financially and U.S. Motors 1 went out of their way to give me the deal of a lifetime on a SUPER CLEAN black Acura 6 speed. They were really kind and actually cared. It was fast, easy, fair, and the way buying cars should be. They are good people and really are the place to go if you are looking for a great deal on a sweet car! You can get a warranty on your car as well and the repair shop is right by US motors so it is really convenient and easy. About a month ago I purchased a beautiful Mercedes C300 from this place. The owner, Richard was incredibly pleasant throughout my whole car buying process. I received nothing but great service from all the gentlemen at U.S. Motors actually. They really do personalize your car shopping experience, nothing like the bigger dealerships. The gentleman who initially helped me with it told me they always treat their customers like family because they’re a family owned dealership and that’s exactly how they treated me. They had a great selection of cars at low prices (around $ 2k-​$ 5k lower than all the others I visited) and although it was a used car, they offered me a coverage plan to go with it for my piece of mind. I had visited several different places all over San Diego, every place seemed to just want my money. Some places even lied about the vehicles condition just to get a sale. U.S. Motors showed me every detail about my car though. Richard specifically was very empathetic and above everything, honest. They are definitely a place to visit if you’re looking for a used car and great service!!!

Hi, usually I’m not the one to sit down and express my opinions through social media but in this case I must give the credit where it’s deserved!
Back in December of last year my husband bought his car from US MOTORS. It was Christmas Morning and of course most businesses were closed!
RICHARD, is the agent that took time away from his own family on Christmas morning to come in to the office at US MOTORS and made my husbands Christmas the best one ever. U.S. MOTORS is very welcoming, they cater to your every need and they don’t pressure you like other dealerships!
My experience with U. S MOTORS continues to amaze me. I recently brought the car back because something felt different. Richard once again took very good care of us. He had our car serviced and repaired at no cost to us, he gave us a very nice rental to drive while our car was being serviced. Again, not a penny was charged to us. We picked up the car a few days later and it purrs like a kitten.
Even though I’m 100% satisfied with the work done, Richard still wants to see us back in one week to make sure everything is good and has even offered a vehicle service and oil change at no cost to us!
I’ve never been so impressed by anyone like US MOTORS HAS IMPRESSED ME! This place is AMAZING! I definitely recommend you give them a try!

Do not purchase a car here! I will not be recommending my friends and family to them! Very poor customer service. Recently purchased a Honda CR-​V SUV there and had a very bad experience.

I am so happy to have found US Motors! After weeks if tedious car searching I found a gem at US Motors. They are hassle free and more importantly BS FREE! Not one did I feel like I was dealing with a slimy sales person. Richard is very punctual, kind and helpful. Richard and Eddie were amazing people to work with while buying a car. Very please. I bought my 1^st BMW 528i they have great cars. it was hard to chose one they are all beautiful cars. Definitely recommending my friends and family. Great car salesman… And GREAT rates!!!

We came in just before closing hours and the employees were still soo welcoming and very patient with the whole process. Eddie was just absolutely great and very friendly. Richard had even came in (passed store hours) JUST to do our paper work. If you are looking for a used car this is definitely the place to go, they have a really good inventory with unbeatable prices.

Came here on Sunday. Sign on the window said to call 2 different numbers if no one was there. OK? Sign looked like it was there all the time. Why you would leave a car lot unattended is beyond my comprehension but whatev. Called the number and they said someone would be there in 10 min. 15 minutes go by and nothing. Call again, he says someone is less than 5 minutes away. 10 more minutes go by, nothing. Call just to let him know not to bother, we were leaving. He asks me to wait a few more minutes. WHAT! No thanks. Told him I had 2 small kids with me and was not interested in wasting my Sunday waiting for someone. Gave some excuse about them being there since 5 am so they left early blah blah… I zoned out seeing as none of that was my problem. Told him I’d come the next day, without children.
Fast forward to Monday, I call to make sure someone was there. idk what it is but every time I spoke with someone, there was like zero interest in me as a buyer. No urgency or questions if I’m a cash buyer or financing, as other dealers have done, nothing.
On my way back to them, I quickly looked for other Acura TL’s on CL under dealers and found Auto City in El Cajon. Went there instead and ended up buying with them. Feel free to read up on that glowing experience on my profile!
US Motors obviously doesn’t need nor care to sell cars. This must be someone’s side hobby. I can’t imagine they actually make good money here.

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing Richard and his crew is. They jumped through hoops to make things happen for me. I went to nearly 15 other dealerships before finding him. I believe his cars are the best quality for the best price. I believe he will never take advantage of somebody. He knows his competitors.
If they have a car you are remotely interested in, go to him. I wish I knew of this place long ago. So respectful. Not pushy. Not your typical car dealership. If somebody complains, really look at what they’re complaining about. Is it really valid?
