Upper Cervical chiropractic is effective, gentle, and very specific to each individual. It’s about getting to the root cause of a health problem and addressing it so the body can heal itself naturally and return to balance. Dr. Jessica has a passion and mission to help people live abundant, healthy lives and to give them the freedom to do the things they love. Dr. Jessica’s focus is on one’s quality of life, not simply pain relief. She used to suffer from mid back pain, neck pain, digestive problems, and terrible tension headaches for years. She experienced both traditional chiropractic care and Upper Cervical chiropractic, and achieved far more comprehensive healing with Upper Cervical. Not only did her health problems completely resolve and spinal curvatures return to normal, she also discovered her calling. She has since dedicated her life to helping others discover the wonderful benefits of Upper Cervical chiropractic.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Lee for a couple of years now because the results speak for themselves. I used to suffer from daily headaches and neck pain that accumulated over time from a prior car accident, snowboarding, and also countless hours hunched over studying during college. I often found it difficult to focus at work and do my tasks.
I had chiropractic care before, but had never had upper cervical chiropractic. I was amazed at how simple and gentle the technique is, yet it is so effective! I’m happy to say that the headaches and neck pain I used to experience have reduced significantly. Instead of daily, I get them about once every 1 – 2 months.
Dr. Lee is very friendly and upbeat with her patients. She is also very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what she does. I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Lee and I still continue to see her monthly as part of my self-​care routine.

Back pain/​problems run in my family. EVERYONE on my fathers side have had the same back issues with herniated discs. My whole life I have been afraid of following their same path (needing back surgery and being limited physically after the age of 40), so I have been diligent about diet/​exercise/​stretching the past 15 years.
Unfortunately, with all that work I still had back pain ~ albeit subtle.
It wasn’t until I began working with Dr. Lee that the pain went away entirely. We’re actually able to get out ahead of potential future problems by ensuring that my body is in complete alignment to allow for natural healing. Many unexpected benefits as well: More energy during the day, I fall asleep much more quickly at night, and a «click» in my right knee that I’ve had my entire life is now gone.
Simply put, Dr. Lee is incredible. I love how the intention of her work is to see her patients LESS by ensuring pristine Upper Cervical Health.

I’m done looking for a good chiropractor in San Diego — Dr. Lee is as good as it gets. I’ve been seeing Dr. Lee for over a year now since she was in her old office on Miramar. The drive was a little out of the way, but I couldn’t find anyone better in San Diego. Now that she has moved into her new space (which she completed all on her own), I’m even happier. She is humble, caring, and very intelligent. If you care about your long-​term health, I would definitely recommend that you visit Dr. Lee and listen to what she has to say. Thanks Dr. Lee!

I started seeing Dr. Jessica Lee in Spring of 2013. I was first drawn to Upper Cervical Chiropractic to help me get pregnant but she helped me with so much more. Before creating a plan for me, Dr. Lee did the most diagnostic tests that I have every had a chiropractor do. She tested for nerve inflammation as well as skeletal imbalances. She explained all of her findings to me and it was clear to see that I really needed her services. I started feeling better soon after treatment began, but it was not until a month into treatment that I was feeling amazing. I was holding my adjustment. Dr. Lee checks to make sure you need an adjustment before doing one. This makes me really confident that she has my best interest at heart. It is not just snap, crackle, pop like many other chiropractors. In fact, her adjustments are extremely gentle and do not involve twisting the neck. I LOVE this about upper cervical because I always get so tense when chiropractors’ jerk my neck around. Not, Dr. Lee! Her adjustments are precise, effective, intuitive, and gentle.
Her office is really relaxing. I just love resting in her zero gravity chairs after the adjustment with lavender aromatherapy. She really is as good as it gets!

First off, Dr. Lee and her office are amazing! At the referral of another upper cervical chiropractor in the Bay Area, I saw Dr. Lee for nearly two years that I was in San Diego for school. I visited every few weeks to treat a misaligned portion in my neck that may have been contributing to my partial seizures. Ever since going to see her for continual treatment, I’ve held in place for longer periods of time and have become more stable overall.
Dr. Lee does an excellent job at explaining how the body heals itself after everything is in place again, and she truly cares about her many patients like myself. All adjustments are quick and absolutely pain-​free. The relaxation room to rest for 15 minutes after adjustments tops off the entire experience because it’s so peaceful and comfy, I’ve almost fallen asleep on more than a few occasions!

I have been seeing Jessica over the last year and have really enjoyed seeing her. I have a lot of ear problems and neck stiffness and the upper cervical technique that Jessica uses really provides me with relief.
