The UHCDC is a stellar organization. They sponsor the summer concerts in the park and the Taste of UH & Arts Open each year. I am one of a number of volunteers.

This indeed is a corrupt, fraudulent and nefarious organization.
The whole purpose of this «non-​profit» organization is to milk as much fine out of you as possible to cover their client’s fiscal deficits. There are no so called «justice» and“unbiased” services provided by this group. Be very careful if you ever have to deal with them. They are not looking out for your interest, they are looking for your money.
