History

Established in 2011.

Unitive Consulting was created by the founder after experiencing the need of working with business and employee to support a more collaborative working environment. Conflict cost employer a lot of money in litigation, employees turnover, unproductivity, toxic environment and affects the overall moral of the culture of the company. Conflict causes health issues.

Unitive Consulting empowers clients to resolve conflicts with practical, equitable solutions. We specialize in resolving workplace and interpersonal conflicts promptly, professionally, confidentiality, and with finesse. The base of our work is in the area of understanding human potential, neuroscience, performance coaching and alternative conflict resolution other than law.

Meet the Business Owner

Yvette D.

Business Owner

Clients benefit from Yvette’s two decades of experience as a liaison for businesses and non-​profits on both sides of the U.S./Mexico. She shares her techniques and strategies as an Adjunct Professor teaching Conflict Resolution and Communication at National University. She also received her mediation certification from the San Diego Restorative Justice Center and National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) in where she gained invaluable experience working with them as a mediator. She is a credential Performance Coach through the International Coach Federation.

Yvette can empathize with the issues of cultural diversity because she’s experienced them firsthand. Raised in two cultures, Yvette speaks English and Spanish with equal ease and can conduct training sessions in both languages. Yvette has an intimate understanding of Hispanic culture and knows how different cultures can bring their assumptions into the workplace.
