The banking branch is ok only used an ATM, but don’t use the parking garage here, very arbitrary rules and charge double for parking.

Very Sad! After having been a loyal customer with Union Bank for 20 (!) years, my company moved to a State without Union Bank presence. I had to open an account with another bank, and moved the majority of my balance to that bank, thinking I will move back to California in a year. Union Bank started charging me account fees. After calling to see what could be done to reverse the fees I was told that I needed a minimum balance to avoid paying fees, leaving me no option than to close down my account. After that Union Bank charged me additional account closure fees AND a fee for a cashiers check effectively removing the balance in the small account. Incredible lack of flexibility and customer focus with one of your very long time customers.

The customer service manager is unprofessional and not the image of union bank that I know. I m surprise she is a manager as she doesn’t really seem to have any knowledge on customer service. I believe her name is Liz. Tellers are nice but when she comes around they act all quite. I can tell not a fun place to work when she is around …

Best Bank ever everybody is so nice and HOT its like they went in a magazine and hired all the people from the magazine and they are very helpful. I own a business and Isaac is my banker hes the best go see him.

I opened an acct with this bank because they used to have an ATM on campus (Mesa). The location is a little cumbersome because you are like driving into the garage and getting the ticket, taking the elevator, walking across the courtyard. But I think it may be better than no parking. They also have a drive thru ATM on 30th for those of you who like to just get it over wth. I ended up having to close my acct because I was poor. I forgot exactly what happened but my acct was overdrawn like hundreds of dollars so they closed it and I had to pay them and agree to never come back. Well I could come back in a year. But what was I to do for a whole year? Get another bank of course!
All the tellers were really nice and I miss my drive thru ATM so seeing as how B of A is trying to ruin everyone’s life I may be back! If they will have me ;-)

I couldn’t agree more with the last response. The people that work in the PB location are terrible (except for one person). The manager couldn’t have been bothered to make sure that a $ 20,000 broker check was mine. She looked at me like I was a criminal; then «made a call» to my office. She came back with some lame reason why they couldn’t deposit my check. I had to go back with the owner and they still gave me a hard time. As we were waiting, two people yelled «go fuck yourself». If that’s the kind of service you want, go for it. They also kill you with NSF fees that are NOT valid. It’s a joke, by the way, no apology, just weird looks. Nice. This happens all the time in the PB branch.

Our personal banker Isaac is the best! We are addressed by name when we walk in and are given caring, personalized attention. Whenever our banking needs change he offers sound advice and accommodates us. I am an ex-​bank employee (of another bank) and have seen a wide range of bank services, let me tell you they are the best! Give them a try, you will be happy you did!
