We are a small boutique bakery that takes a very limited amount of orders each week to ensure each order receives the highest attention to detail. We love providing the freshest ingredients and delicious flavors dressed to please your taste buds along with eye catching designs. At Twisted we bake from scratch with love. We strive to make your confections the talk of the party! Let us make your sweet dreams a reality.

Twisted Cakery is a licensed and insured home kitchen operating under the California Cottage Food Law Act.

Business Owner

I have always been creative since I was a kid. I was the kid doing crafts with my mom, but also the kid who was always trying to start her own company. From my snow cone stand, to homemade jewelry, to selling candy out of my backpack at school, I was determined to start something.

I grew up working in culinary and was in management at a young age. So naturally after graduating with my B. A. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from San Diego State University, I joined casual dine restaurant management. Along, the way though… I discovered that climbing the corporate ladder was not my passion for the long haul. I was lacking my ability to express my creativity in my career and longed for more.

Disovering my cake talent by accident, I started with my first cake for my niece’s birthday. From there it led to another and soon everyone wanted to buy them from me. I am lucky enough to now own Twisted Cakery where I can express my creativity and be a part of events!
