Melania is very responsible and professional. She had helped me with repairs and cleaning in a great price and my condo was rented out in one week with a higher rent. She’s also a lawyer whom had provided me some great legal advices. I am a realtor who had moved out of San Diego area. I referred one of my clients to her and she was able to lease the property out with a higher rent in a short time. I will refer more of my clients to her!

Well I had the unfortunate experience of working with Melania. I had lived at the apartment for 2 years and worked only with the landlord. However, Melania took over the property for the last 4 months and I had so many problems with her.
Firstly she is unprofessional and disrespectul. She showed up 1 hr late for our first appointment without an apology and just walked through the apartment.
(2) We had an emergency leak in the kitchen. I called the company which does not even have an emergency number after hours. She then sent me an invoice for $ 100. Not sure why she thought that as a tenant that was resonable.
(3) On the day of my moving out she brought prospetive tenants to veiw the place. Who does that? When the place was going to be clean the next day.
(4) When I expresed my concerns to her she took it personally and became loud.
(5) I would not recommend this place to rent a tent!!!

I used Tomea Real Estate when I purchased my home, and they were phenomenal! They helped me deal with the lender who was just impossible! I also recommended them to a friend for a rental and they were also really happy with them. My overall experience has been really positive. Thanks Tomea!

Very philanthropic company. I like how they are involved with the community.
I will be working with them for a big event we have coming up for the local Autistic community in 2014.
