Tom is a superstar in the downtown San Diego real estate world. Working with him was an absolute pleasure. My situation was unique; prior to Tom, I had attempted similar transactions with two other agents… each one of the deals fell through. Originally I met Tom relocating to San Diego and he really helped make the transition painless. Whether I’m buying, selling or leasing a place Tom always gets me a great deal! Get to know Tom and you’ll find he’s mastered the art of negotiation. Every place I’ve acquired or leased Tom seems to always negotiate a deal under market which has saved my TONS over the past few years. He also is a «closer» so be prepared for deals to actually happen.
IMO, Tom’s best attribute is his communications skills. He is always in contact with me even for the smallest deals keeping me posted with updates. That’s probably why he’s able to close deals.

Tom is simply remarkable. My husband and I were limited on what we could afford in San Diego but knew we should make every attempt to take advantage of the current ‘buyers’ market. We met Tom simply by mere change, as we saw a Craiglist ad for a property listing close by and decided to randomly take a look. We had discussed buying a house briefly but didn’t know where to even start. When we met Tom for the first time, we had a million questions. He answered every one. We asked Tom to follow up with us in a few weeks. He called us as promised and met with us again and again.
Tom never showed us a place we couldn’t afford, nor pushed us into viewing a property we didn’t like. Everything he showed us was exactly as we had outlined in what we wanted. He took the time to get to know us as a couple, and really listened to what we needed. He was patient and persistent in finding the best home for us. He walked us thru the entire home buying process. As first time home buyers, you can’t imagine what a breath of fresh air that is.
We could not be more delighted in the service we received from Tom. He got us into a home for honestly 60K less than we originally indicated we could afford. He’s simply the best and he works hard for his clients. He’s always on time and is an amazing communicator. We can’t say enough great things. We’ve recommended him to friends and brag about him every chance we get. He’s a dear friend today.
