I came in around Christmas time in the morning, the two employees who helped me were a young man named Kyle and a girl named Taylor. They were both very friendly, told me about retail me not and I got 20% off my most expensive item! Taylor helped me pick out an awesome outfit and shoes. The store is pricey but I keep an eye out for the sales.

Lovely lovely lovely lovely LOVELY customer service from Brock. He checked up on me multiple times during my visit and helped me pick out shoes. And when he caught me jumping up to look over the sales racks(I’m short) for a sales associate to help me, he RAN over to me and told me that even though he was off his shift, he would find someone to help me. These are just a few of the great things he did for me today and I appreciated him very much. This guy needs a raise/promotion. He was on it today. Anyways, the clothes here can be pricey but they also have some pieces that are well-priced, and you can definitely not beat their current sales. Right now, most of their sales items are 50% off of already reduced items(some exclusions apply) and I believe that’s the best sale I’ve seen from them yet. I snagged some Nike Janoski’s for $ 35, originally $ 85! &They usually have many items at BOGO50% off. Look for Brock if you want excellent service & the sales rack if you want good deals.

I was only at Tillys for Black Friday. Even when they have sale, things are still very pricy! I got 2 joggers and a sweater mad it came out to be about 100 $. The joggers were already on sale for but one get one 50% off!

Very helpful and caring staff. They seem to really enjoy their jobs, but aren’t goofing off at all. A great retail experience!

Your return policy is horrible! I will not be shopping at your store again. I tried to return a garment that was packaged in an unresealable packaging so I tried it on at home rather than in the store. This was the first time buying this brand and it was not made well. Tillys refused to take it back even with my receipt in less than a week. I have spent thousands of dollars buying clothes at this store over the years. This is my first time ever returning an item and I get this kind of poor customer service that I can only exchange it for the same item only. The garment was a piece of crap. Why would I want the same poorly made thing! Never again will I shop at Tillys.

Stopped by after Easter brunch b/c my friend wanted to check this place out. I told him he’s ridiculous b/c 1) he’s old and 2) his fat ass won’t fit into anything here. I do agree with another Unilocaler that anyone over the age of 23 will be considered too old for this place. It’s a beautiful store with many clothing items to choose from. The clothes have a beachy/skater look about them. They also have hats, shoes, accessories. There are plenty of dressing rooms in the back as well. Service seemed fine as I found my friend at the cashier with his purchases. The nice young cashier was friendly and even helped friend cut off tag on the new dude bracelet(i’m sure there’s a word for a male bracelet but I’m just not cool enough to know it) so he could wear it out the store. Even if you don’t need anything here, it’s a fun place to roam.

one of my most favorite stores for cool, casual, cotton clothes. daughter loves it too, and the clothes are simple and inexpensive. they have huge selections of back packs which the kids love. costume jewelry is cute, and fitting to buy for a quick outfit. i wish they had more deals in the store, as online there are better prices.

Definitely the spot for the younger crowd. And for the thinner crowd. But I needed a new belt and this was what Unilocal brought me to. I wandered the aisles and thankfully was not accosted by a sales person. I found the belts. Way too«modern» and not nearly«business» enough for me to wear to work. But if I needed a pair of stylish sneakers(is that what the kids are still calling them these days?) or a tshirt, then this might be the right place. Assuming I lost a hundred pounds. Hey, it’s fashion. Just not for everyone.

Really cute clothes. Needed a shirt to change out of my work shirt and ended up buying 3 blouses and a fur jacket. All 4 were on sale and with tax came to $ 56 something. Not bad. The rest of the stuff I thought was a bit over priced. The staff was nice too.

Tween/Teen haven at good prices(check the back racks for super sales). Everyone that works at this location is very nice and helpful(much more so than the store in the Forum).

i knew that one day my child would ask me to take him to Tilly’s…i just didn’t think it would happen in 2nd grade! i am a devoted shopper at Noor’s, Mario’s etc… you know Ghetto stores… now my child has found out about overpriced Tilly’s. both my children LOVE this store… they actually have fun shopping. it has a lot of clothes, shoes, belts, accessories etc… that would be high priced any ways(Volcom in particular)…they bump up the price a bit above other stores that would sell the same product… the things are nice… i can’t say anything bad. they have what is in fashion. So when i’m old and don’t know what is cool… i can comfortably come shop here for a gift for a kid and know that it is cool =) oh well… i conceded and i guess that is the future of my kids fashion.
