Steve Wedeking does a fantastic job on behalf of his landlord clients evicting tenants who have not paid rent and making sure the landlord can rent the property as soon as possible. I have seen Steve in action and he represents his clients well.

It was not easy getting through nearly 4 Months of non– paying tenants who are druggies and squatters. But with the help of Steve Wedeking, I was able to evict them. I recommend him. He was also reasonable and kind.

I was referred to this firm from a friend. I live in a condo downtown that had multiple floods and mold. We retained Anthony based on meeting him and trust. Bottom line he made the choice to sue the wrong person. He sued the HOA when the builder should have been sued. We did not know what was going on just put trust into him and his law knowledge. The judge dismissed the case basically saying that the wrong person was sued. We should have been guided to file a homeowners insurance claim as a backup but instead we lost the case and was ordered to pay $ 80,000 in attorney fees that we settled. So not only we have a moldy house that has not been repaired properly we ultimately got so misled and misguided. I would stay away is my personal opinion.

For now we are giving a neutral feedback because we just started the whole process of the eviction process. We wanted to share our experience with everyone here. We have a tenant that doesn’t want to pay the full of amount of rent which was $ 3,300 a month and began paying $ 2,800 a month for three months and also did not pay anything for 4 months after that. We know his business is doing really well because the tenants mechanic shop has been warned and fined by the city for adding more garages/​and hydraulic jacks to the property and/​or having too many cars on the property with no permit. We are just started to have Law Office of Harold D. Thompson specifically, attorney Steven Wedeking, to handle collecting the past due rent. We will keep everyone posted as to the result of the matter.
