Absolutelly the best place anti-​cellulite, both girls Vanessa and Angela are so nice and very patience, prices are very affordable and accesible on times, has their own parking and very nice environment. It always look and smell great, very professional and honest business. I highly recommend this treatment. This one on one and very private spa is awesome!!!

Vanessa and Angela are gifted at the art of Endermologie their treatments are so therapeutic and the results are incredible! The Jade Sauna is also a great tool for rejuvenation.

I ve been looking for a cellulite treatment place and came across Thighs by design on Unilocal,so I called and made an appointment for a consultation with Vanessa the owner. Once there Vanessa explained to me how the treatment works and I decided to purchase a 16 session package and give it a try. I have to say Thighs By Design has exceeded my expectations. Vanessa and Angela are caring, professional and always make me feel comfortable. They’ve also always made booking appointments easy; I’ve never had an issue finding a time slot that fits my schedule. I started noticing results after my 6^th session, i still have a way to go but def my legs look a lot smoother. The treatment feels like a deep tissue massage and is always a relaxing experience plus I’ve had a significant reduction of cellulite which is a major bonus! I only have a few more sessions left but plan on continuing with monthly maintenance treatments. I’m extremely happy with the results I’ve had so far. I always look forward to coming here and highly recommend these two ladies!

Thighs by Design is a great place all around! The location is easy to find, offers plenty of parking options and it’s adorable! The technician, Vanessa, is very experienced, easy to chat with and makes you feel comfortable! Not only will you see results, but you will feel them too! I looked into treatments mainly for joint and circulation issues. I have only been going for a couple of weeks but I am already feeling results in my knees! It has been a great experience and it’s really nice that her prices are affordable!

Finally got around to writing this long over due review. My review is based on a five session treatment bought through Living Social.
Pros:
+1 point — cute office
+1 point– Vanessa was okay, but nothing to rave about.
Cons:
–1 point– Calls returned: After several messages left to schedule an appointment, I finally had my call returned TWO weeks later. It could be because I mentioned I was attempting to redeem my voucher that my calls were not returned immediately.
–1 point– Scheduling: My appointments were scheduled a week apart. This was just a waste of time and money, research shows that for this treatment to work one should have at least 2 sessions per week, about every 2 – 3 days. Despite asking Vanessa I wanted to schedule them closer together, she said those were the only openings she had.
–1 point-​Value: This was something I should have researched before. All I saved was @ .76¢ per minute, but considering the sessions were so far spread out and not all sessions were consistent, it was a waste of time and money. This means, sometimes Vanessa focused more on one area, and the next time she just excluded an area all together.
I am glad I bought this offer though because it made me decide to go with a different merchant, which I also had the opportunity to try through Living Social. Although it’s not Endermology, and instead is Synergie, or vacuuming. I do appreciate the other merchant’s professionalism, value and the fact that she spaced the appointments closer together.
*Note, make sure your appointments are scheduled close together, otherwise it’s a WASTE TIME AND MONEY.

Vanessa is great at what she does– I’ve enjoyed her endermologie treatments as well as the Jade Sauna. My skin has gained some suppleness back– I’m fighting almost 45 :). Vanessa is very nice and friendly and her office is chic and comfortable.

I just received Vanessa’s services as part of a 3 day Anti-​Cellulite Cleanse. It was AMAZING! I feel like my thighs are completely detoxed and know that I will be using her services again and again!
The treatment is very relaxing and feels like a deep tissue massage. The lipo massage really ‘gets in there’ and improves circulation. I did some light leg workouts the day before and usually I am soar for a couple of days. After the treatment I was not soar at all! It really helped the muscle recovery process.
Then I went in the Jade infarred Sauna for 30 minutes. I’ve been in an infarred sauna before but the Jade is unlike anything else! It really detoxes you from the inside out. You don’t even start sweating until about 20 minutes into it.
Right after the treatment I could notice a difference in the circulation and way my butt muscles felt. I definitely BELIEVE in this service. Not to mention, Vanessa is a DOLL! She is soo nice, soft spoken and has created a truly top notch facility! I recommend EVERYONE try Vanessa’s services, it’s AMAZING, it WORKS to reduce cellulite, AND its not very expensive, plus she does packages so you can save $$$ BIG +++!!!

I started with a couple other Endermologie treatment centers. Found two great ones in the San Diego Area.
Vanessa’s Thighs by design is a great choice! Vanessa lets me see with her training she is out to make a difference.
Anyone can get a machine and some training. Vanessa steps it up a few notches. She not only listens to what the clients want to see as results, but allows them to understand she has their best interest at heart.
Everyone’s body isn’t the same. Age and structure have a lot to do with getting the desired results. The results I wanted weren’t for the bikini (however that would be nice) I wanted to have more circulation in my body in areas that are retaining sludge internally due to not working that area. I walk 4 times a week and eat very well. Results I wanted were based on required medications taking a tolling effect on the body. The process that Vanessa has formulated with her training are attaining results that are defiantly seen on me. It has been amazing. You probably think I am, spouting off. The results I have seen are due to her regular routine with some small addition’s I have asked. It has helped identify parts of the body not able to be massaged and dropping with age. The Endo machine lifts and tightens. It also has helped the pain (like from fibermialga) and sensitivity I no longer have. What a god send Vanessa is. The first time was an experience. The rest are like a new me. Every time I have a session, I feel as others have said, an overall wellness.
Vanessa has a sense of style that shows with her new location. My hats off to you for making the Endo business a better way to live for many of us! I would encourage anyone to try it, not just once. It takes a couple of times to see the effect to your body!

OMG… I’m not sure where to begin. Starting with the first phone call to set your appointment, upon arrival to the valet parking structure (pd for by Vanessa each visit), and your entry into this beautiful, relaxing spa atmosphere, everything and everyone is fantastic. I discovered the spa through Groupon, the offer was great and affordable, so I decided to try it. I had heard D Oz speak about endermology treatments for cellulite and that they helped. We all have our moments of being sceptical about things of sort, let me tell you it REALLY WORKS. I am about to undergo my 13^th treatment and I have dropped inches from my waste, thighs and buttock areas. I have reclaimed pants I had handed over to my 14 yr old daughter becaue I thought I would never be able to wear again. Have managed to lose almost 10 punds with regular trips to the gym and a exercise routine. I will continue to get treatments to help maintain my results. I advise everyone to try it, you have nothing to lose but unwanted pounds and inches, and regain your self esteem. Vanessa and her team is the best!!!

I have been an on and off customer of endermologie from various places in San Diego since 2007. I found Vanessa almost 4 years ago and stayed with her for 6 – 8 months. For monetary reasons I had to stop. I really missed it. But I’ve been able to make it a priority in my life and I’ve been back now going on close to a year. It’s totally worth the money (costs just as much if not less than a massage) and the results are definitely noticeable. Plus it feels really good! Vanessa’s professional and personal demeanor make the entire experience something I look forward to each week.

Where do I start? From the moment you walk into the beautifully decorated (and smelling) spa office to the inviting and serine treatment rooms… you instantly feel relaxed and know that you are going to be taken care of.
I’ve been having endermologie treatments off and on for the past few years with Vanessa and other staff members and it really works! I’ve seen my cellulite smoothed away with each treatment. With as few as 3 – 4 treatments I can begin to feel my pants getting loser and a new sense of overall wellness. It’s not just a treatment for my chronic cellulite but a way to release the toxins that are trapped within the layers of those unsightly dimples. I’ve taken long breaks from treatments and really missed how well I felt when I had had them regularly. After all, it’s not a cure for cellulite but it can keep it from resurfacing with regular maintenance after you have attained smooth skin. For me it took about 12 – 14 treatments and I dropped 2 pant sizes in the process with minimal dieting! :)
Any embarrassment that I may have felt before my first treatment soon vanished in Vanessa’s and other staff member’s caring and knowledgeable hands.
Do yourself and your thighs a favor and try it out. You will be thrilled with the results especially since bikini weather is just around the corner!
PS. Parking is never an issue since a valet is there and the office validates your ticket.
