Read some of the poor reviews, don’t quite get it? Return customer here. Had my rims repaired awhile back. Still in good shape. Just got two new sets of tires. Said it would take 1 ½ hours, done in 1 hour and 20 minutes. Trust these guys, you won’t be sorry!

Bought 2 tires couple of weeks ago for 95 bucks, I do belive the guys name was David, during my first purchase David went beyond his means in trying to give me a good deal, I told him I will be back in a couple of weeks to purchase the other 2 tires, well guess what for some reason the price came up to $ 130 during my second visit, I told him that you just sold me 2 tires a couple of weeks ago for 95 bucks, his response was like ooh well thats the price !!!, you must know that I’ve been recommended alot of people to this guy !!!, I guess times are tough, …@ the end this guy will loose karma is a mother, THANKS WHEEL ZONE AND DAVID

I just called this place and had questions about their bent rim repair service. The guy who answered the phone sounded like he was talking to other people while I was trying to talk to him. He told me to just bring the car in and he’ll take a look at it. I wanted to know how much they usually charge and how long it would take, etc. He told me to hold on because he was talking to a customer. I waited for about a minute then he hung up the phone! F@@@ this place! That was not a good first impression for me! I want to give ZERO star for bad customer service on the phone. I made the call at 2:40 pm on Friday, 8 Jan 2016. I won’t be bringing my bent rim to this place!

Been coming here for 3 years straight. Tells you how much I trust these guys to work on my car. Great pricing and great friendly staff.

During my first visit Beto was cool and made the $ 2,000 sale for new tires and rims. After receiving low pressure indications for a rear tire I went back and talked to the manager (Beto wasn’t there.) I asked a simple question about what he thought the problem might be. All I got was attitude and smart ass comments. He was rude and didn’t even want to look at the tire (for which I had purchased a 65,000 mile warranty) unless I had the sales receipt. He was a complete jerk. I have 5 cars and have always used Discount Tire or, more recently, Courtney Tire. They never ask to see a receipt and they are never rude. I tried to give this shop a chance despite their lousy reviews but unfortunately they deserved them. They only get one star because I couldn’t go any lower. I will NEVER go back. Save yourself the hassle. Stay away. Beto should open his own shop. He would put this jerk out of business in a month.

Daniel has the worst attitude ever. I don’t know how this place is still in business. Not only did they do a terrible job and damaged my rim, Daniel had the nerve to have an attitude about it. I will NEVER go back here. Take your money else where.

Beto was awesome! I went in a couple of weeks ago when my boyfriends rim had a crack and needed repair. He was out of town so I had to take care of it myself & being w/​twins in the middle of Summer, it was the last thing I wanted to do! But to my surprise they had me in and out in record time & w/​out hassle. They even gave me a additional discounts. I would recommend this place & will be back soon for tires. Only dealt w/​Beto so I have no idea who Manny is or the owner but if he reads this he should be thankful he has him!

My customer (I have stored his vehicle for him over a 6 month period) elected to have his wheels on an Audi refinished here at wheel zone.
After receiving the wheels I noticed that Wheel Zone merely patched and painted over the areas that had curb rash. The color and texture was also not right. I have extensive experience at dealerships and had mobile rim refinishers perform this same sort of service. The results of which were much better than what I witnessed here.
After receiving the wheels back (little less than two days later), we accidentally dropped one of the wheels while the paint was still curing (upon install). I contacted wheel zone and they were nice enough to take the wheel back and fix it free of charge (I offered to pay). They also said they would take a look at the job that was done and fix best they could. All around a good showing of customer service.
The damaged wheel was dropped of last Friday Morning. No plan was discussed later that day. No ETA. Naturally I assumed the same time line… maybe even less so since there was less damage.
As of this afternoon Tuesday 7÷28÷15 I still didnt have my wheel back. This was after the wheel was promised at 2pm that morning.
I also at no point received a phone call regarding progress. I had to make all of the phone calls.
After speaking with a representative from the shop at 330pm Tuesday afternoon, I discovered that the wheel had not been touched. In fact the rule of their shop is to move any walkups they receive ahead of you. Last in first out. The rep told me, almost as of a point of pride that my wheel was never touched on Saturday. I am assuming because they were too busy with walkups.
After expressing my dissatisfaction with this method of operations, I was told that my time on the phone with this representative was a ‘waste of his time’ and that he was too busy to deal with me.
I finally got him to agree to finish the wheel ahead of schedule if one of our employees sat there while they completed it.
This was all around a terrible handling of a customer. This is not me arm chair QB-​ing either. If you look at my Unilocal page (lookup AAAA Auto Storage & Park) you will see mostly glowing reviews.
Moreover I am looking for a go to rim refinisher for my customers. But after this display I can say that these folks will not be receiving any future business.

We were referred to Daniel and Co. at The Wheel Zone on good advice to purchase used tires. We are very satisfied and got a great deal. Good guy to do business with and very fast service. Thanks again Daniel.

Very helpful. Sold the owner a stock set of Nissan Frontier rims/​tires and a spare for $ 100. To me that was A-​OK since they’d been sitting in storage for 8-​years prior to. I like Daniel (the owner). Good dude and he was fair with his offer. The only problem I had with The Wheel Zone was their tiny parking lot. Other than that, stop by and see Daniel and Co. at The Wheel Zone.

The only good thing this shop has going for them is victor the younger guy and the fact that you can trade wheels, but not chrome…

The boss is a complete JERK! I can barley stand talking to him.
We just bought my husbands rims/​tires which went smoother then when I bought my 2014 Jeep Rubicon Rims/​Tires.
He wanted to give me 160 for my 5 stock rims and tires, he had to be crazy. Finally got him to give me more but he was short rude and not personable.
I get you have a small shop that gets pretty busy, but seriously get it together.
The only reason this wheel shop does so well is because how convenient it is to get rims/​tires in quickly. But I can’t stress how great the younger guy is… so…if you HAVE to get rims from here defiantly deal with him and not the boss.

One star only because there is no option for zero stars. Most of the reviews Are spot on whit how this place is. The word customer service is non existent here. Came to buy used tires for my vehicle, after a day of having to repeatedly put air in the tire I came back so they can take a look at it. The older gentleman who I believe is the owner was very disrespectful and defensive. I expressed to him I was not here to insult his intelligence about tires all I wanted to do was for him to check these tires I just bought… There is no problem with buying used tires. The problem is buying used tires that don’t work. I believe this place to be very dishonest and misleading with its customers. Would not recommend to anyone… My only regret is not reading the reviews before hand.

After a few weeks of shopping all around town, I decided to go with The Wheel Zone for my wheel and tire setup. Shout out to Alberto for taking care of the whole thing. He was honest and gave me all the info I needed without sugar coating or any BS! Placed the order for the wheels and got my setup for the day I needed and wanted without any hassle. Thanks!

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a business. They never once called me to give me an update on how the wheel repair was going. I had to always call them. Every time I called they would tell me it would be ready in a few days and when I called back a few days later it was never ready and would be a few more days. I drove to the shop at least 4 – 5 times trying to pick up the wheel when they said it would be ready. Owner is grouchy and very defensive. I would take your business elsewhere.

I gave this business three stars because the employees are very rude and dishonest. I dropped my rim off in the morning to be fixed and they said it would be fixed around 3:00pm. I called around 3:00pm to check on my rim before I came and they told me another hour. After that hour I tried to call but no answer, so I went to the business establishment and noticed my tire had not been started yet. After one hour of me being there my rim was done and during that time I was ignored.

Same day repair on my rims. Beto was honest no BS. He was very helpful and friendly. The guys in garage were awesome as well.
I suggest coming early because it does get busy quick. Had a brief encounter with Manny, he seemed very impatient and impersonal.
I would suggest this place but make sure you ask for Beto.
Overall great work, & fast service.

Okay so despite reading all the negative reviews I took a chance and went to this shop. I am very glad I did. I hit a curb and bent both rims on my passenger side. Mind you these are factory Honda rims with the little hubcaps over them so nothing fancy. I went in waited maybe fifteen or twenty minutes and they got right to work. I do not know if it was a different guy now but the guy that was there today greeted me when I walked in and everything. They were awesome and they fixed my rims almost flawlessly. I was expecting the worse but am surprised that it turned out so well. I’m guessing maybe when they have to send stuff out that’s where it gets sketchy but as for services performed right there they were amazing. In the time I was there they were packed at least five or six other customers so perhaps they just get stretched out at times. I would totally recommend this place for anyone with a bent rim though.

I came here all the way from North County to fix two bent rims and I was very satisfied with the result. The cost to repair the rims is half of what anyone else charges, not only that but it was taken care of quickly and he even touched up my rims (painted black) for no extra cost… Tons of inventory for new wheels as well for those looking to get quality or oem wheels.

This place does do good work on wheel repair. But what I hate most is the customer service skills the manager has. That guy is rude. He sucks. Owner should fire his bitch ass
