I have found it!!!
The best Lobster roll in San Diego! **Spank!
Yes, the roll is $ 14. Is it worth it? O… hell…YES! Especially considering the mediocre ones around town average $ 12, I would gladly fork over a few more bucks for this roll!
The bread is buttery toasty and flown-​in-​legit!
Now for the lobster! They boil fresh lobsters! Yes– fresh Maine lobsters! The roll has claw, knuckle, and tail meat. What a difference that makes!
What also separates this roll is the seasoning. A little mayo, a sprinkle of salt, a little dill, and a lemon on the side. PERFECTION!
For those of you who say «the lobster meat should not be seasoned» I say «Sush yo mouth!“A little sprinkle of salt enhances food… even lobster! Don’t u like dipping your lobster in butter? What is in that butter? SALT!
Ok, my point is made…
Buttery toasty bread– check. Fresh lobster meat– check. Delicate seasoning-​check. Happy girl– check!
Too bad they do not have a home base. I guess I will be hunting them down weekly!
