We recently had to short sale our home in Carlsbad and this company was Amazing! Shawn Couch and Bill Bordeax were more than professional and sensitive towards our situation. They always let us know what was going on with the bank and answered all our questions or concerns with utmost respect. Shawn and Bill were very respectful in reference to showing our home and making sure they never imposed on our family.
