Business Owner

Andres T. Carnahan was born and raised in San Diego, California, and completed all of his undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Spanish Literature. While attending Loyola Law School, Mr. Carnahan participated in moot court and wrote for the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review. Based on his achievements in law school, he was awarded a Beverly Hills Bar Foundation Scholarship and a Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles Scholarship.

Prior to becoming a supervising prosecutor for the City of San Diego, Mr. Carnahan practiced general civil litigation, including business litigation, employment litigation, and personal injury. His civil litigation experience is extensive and includes: trial preparation; drafting complaints, answers, demurrers, motions to strike, proposed orders, settlement agreements, and motions for summary adjudication.
