Excellent work, Great prices, very friendly! A neighborhood kid took a scooter to the side of my new (less than a year old) car. The collision center at the dealership quoted me over $ 600 and 3 days! A friend of a friend suggested this place and I am so happy I went. $ 75 dollars and 40 minutes later is was like brand new! I could not be more pleased with the work done. I will suggest this place to all my friends and family. :)

Pete and the front office lady, I think it’s his wife, are very nice people. Unfortunately it goes down hill quickly from there. I am having a VW van restored and my mechanic, from Long Beach, sent my van to Pete in March, 2014. today’s date is Dec 31 and I STILL DON’T HAVE MY VAN BACK! !!!
My birthday is in August and in June I asked Pete if I can have it back by then. He said no problem. If course that didn’t happen. I’ve been very patient and finally drove to the shop in Oct and nothing had been done! I was VERY PISSED but didn’t blow up at him. He promised me, on several occasions, that I would have my van by the end of the year. Well here we are on new years eve and there is still no color on my van.
The folks at The Bumper Guy have turned what was supposed to be a fun project into a frustrating series of events. I would not recommend them to anyone! !!!

Did an amazing job on my bumper. Looks brand new. And they cleaned my front lights — the glass was all cloudy and now they sparkle — nice surprise! Friendly and top notch work for a very reasonable price.

Stellar service and results. These are the nicest people and prices are very reasonable. They saved me from having to pay my $ 500 deductible! My car looks good as new. I took it in on Monday and got it at the end of the day Tuesday. I work at the NAVBASE SD and they had it done by the time I got off. You can not ask for more. Two thumbs up from my family. Thank you so much!

After bringing in my 2012 Honda Civic to several other places and getting estimates from $ 1,800 on up, I took our car to The Bumper Guy on a recommendation from our house contractor. We live in Scripps Ranch so National City isn’t the most convenient but their place is right off the highway so it wasn’t too bad to get there. Pete and his wife were very nice and gave me a quote much lower than anyone else. They were lower since he was confident he could get it back to looking like new without using any new parts which the other places were insistent on. Since the person who hit our car (our daughter’s friend) wasn’t going to use insurance I wanted to go with the lowest estimate possible. They completed the work in the time frame they said and it looks absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend them for body work!
