T-Mobile

I have been going to a couple of different carriers to see decide who i wanted to go with, i was in the area so i stopped in here. I was taken care of by Eden she was absolutely great, explained everything very well and helped me pick the best plan for our family. Thank you Eden for all your wonderful customer service.

Went into the store to buy prepaid 1 month sim card. They quoted me $ 40 for the service, $ 20 for the card and offered as a «favor» for me to apply it as credit to buying an accessory. I felt it was strange because this wasnt first time I bought from them but last time it wasnt this weird. So I went and checked Target for the same prepaid card and simcard was FREE!
So not only did this tmobile store try to over charge me, they tried to upsell me into buying other things that are more expensive. Its a total scam.
After posting what happened here, they offered to give me free stuff in exchange to alter my review which I declined.
They also wrote in comment below that ALL tmobile stores charge $ 20 for $ 40 prepaid sim cards… this is false, dont believe me? Just call any other tmobile store right now and they will tell you sim cards for those are FREE. I called a nearby store to verify this.
Dont believe anything they have to say, this is not a place you can trust.
I rarely post negative reviews of anyone but I feel frauds and scams are worhty. If you want to find a Tmobile store you can trust, this is not the one.

Been a customer for the last 3 years, by far a professional team the store has. They are quick and efficient to get me out of the store in a timely matter. Any problems or issues I have they are quick to solve my problems. When it comes to explaining rate plans as we all know they could be very complicated but by far and the team makes it very easy to understand the rate plans. Every time I come in I am very welcomed as I am family. Highly recommended anyone to visit the store. Exceptional service!!!

i tried to get service from t-​mobile. they quoted me $ 55 for monthly service and said they would be sending me a sim card. didnt receive the sim car but did receive a bill for $ 178. numerous calls and frustration to cancel the service that i never received. then i get sent to collections for the bill. more numerous calls and frustration.
finally, this last bill is a bill for $ 5.68 for cancelling a service i never had!!!

Awesome people! Really helpful. Wanted to get a new iPhone. Was in and out in 10 mins.

They take customer service to a new level! I did my last 3 phone upgrades here, they always take the time to help me and answer all my question, plus they are super friendly. A+++ for service!

So, after a long day of being frustrated with my other regular t-​mobile store… came to this location and was given the best treatment ever… got my new phone without having to order it, thank you Arthur!
Thuy helped me get set up with everything and dealing with my craziness and questioned her to death ha! Great personality and excellent customer service. she knows her stuff.
All-​in-​all think this will become my new location of paying my phone bill and asking them if I have any further issues.

Seriously, I don’t know that I would ever review another phone store but this one has some top notch employees and managers. I wish I got her name but I forget. Anyhow, she resolved my issue with my phone and phone plan during a switchover. She contacted the corporate and resolved all my issues.
This store is not a corporate owned store, but an individually owned one. Perhaps that’s why the service is so much better. Anyhow, I’d recommend going here to get your issues resolved.

I was a long time Verizon customer, I went in to this store and spoke with Arthur and Alexander about T-​Mobile and whether or not a switch of carriers was right for me. After many answers to many questions and a couple of days of thinking it over I decided to make the switch. Arthur and Alexander were so friendly and helpful and their confidence in the company they represent and really gave me the assurance I needed to end my service with Verizon and make the switch. It’s been about two weeks now and I have no regrets. I deliberately waited this long before posting my review. Everything is still great and I get coverage that’s comparable to Verizon’s and at a more affordable price. Also, I know if I ever have a problem I can count on Arthur to help me out and make it right! Thanks guys!

UPDATE: I was very happy to find the manager to be very concerned about this issue. He reached out to me and took care of the issue and all of the confusion! I have yet to find many companies that are willing to go out of their way like that and it was fantastic!
OP: This is ridiculous. I talked to the manager and was told one thing, asked him if he would be in on Friday, he told me yes. I drove out to this tmobile from santee. Not only was he not there, I was told that the Craigslist ads they post are strictly place holders, not real prices; and the $ 50 credit he had told me he would give me doesn’t apply to me (according to his store associates)
What a giant waste of time.

I came to this location because I had left my iPhone in an Über (so sad). Ethan showed me how to use the «find my iPhone» app, helped me file an insurance claim, and even tried talking me out of buying a new iPhone (trying to save me some $$).
They were friendly, unbelievably helpful, and even gave me pointers on the neighborhood (I’m new to the area).
Five stars, for sure!

I’ve been a T-​Mobile customer for a while now, and have been to many stores both in the east cost and west. This store by far is the number! Great customer service and awesome staff! Extremely knowledgeable! Beat the T-​Mobile store in Temecula (sorry guys!).

Was recommended to check out T-​mobile Linda Vista by Dorian and both he and Diana were very helpful when explaining the ETF process and how I can save money on my phone bill by switching. And Also, NO MORE SHARED DATA AND OVERAGE CHARGES!
Customer service here is awesome, everyone there works as a team!

I went there for changing my sim card to a micro one. They asked me to pay $ 49 but when I said it is expensive, they waved the price and told me to purchase an accessory instead. Alex helped me and he was supper friendly. He tried his best to help me.
I am giving them 4 stars because of T mobile policy. Beside that the guys in this T mobile are awesome.

First and foremost these service reps were absolutely rude. To put into perspective the lady that helped me sounded like squidward from spongebob. Then her manager comes out and speaks to me condescendingly. All I was doing was explaining the situation and relaying what T-​mobile customer service told me. Anyway all in all the experience was not pleasant.

Prior to this I left a poor review because of the service that I received earlier but the manager was kind enough to reach out and help solve the problem.
I think it is one thing to give bad service but when a manager takes the initiative to fix the problem is a sign of great care for customer service.
It was greatly appreciated, because of this act I will make this my go-​to Tmobile store.

We are a military family in the San Diego area. We decided to switch to T-​mobile after being with AT&T. Customer service at this location was superb. Arthur was AWESOME! Good customer service and a friendly environment speaks volumes in business. I would recommend this T-​Mobile store to anyone. He didn’t try to haggle with us or sell us more than we could afford. Arthur made sure our needs were met at a great price! If you are shopping for cell service somewhere else, you are making a mistake. Go see Arthur and his staff first!

I had procrastinated moving our business lines over from ATT for too long. Having migrated from Verizon to ATT due to coverage limitations at our Tierrasanta office, I switched to ATT and consolidated 5 mobile lines about 3 years ago. To say that ATT proved to be a colossal business mistake due to their inability to actually execute would be the understatement of the decade.
Mike (they HAVE to all him Big Mike — I call him Michael Orr) has proven to me why this move to T mobile is long overdue.
Hmm? No contracts? You’ll buy out the ATT liabilities? You’ll find ways for our business to get TWICE the amount of lines with (ready?) 100 times more data? Really?
Beyond the obvious good business decision are the people behind the business. After countless robots promising me they’re the best, here is a guy who said «if you have any problems, call ME». What? You mean I don’t have to remember my umpteenth password and navigate your countless stores, representatives, network technicians, engineers, and accounting departments, all of which can’t figure out how to talk to each other cause you’re too much like the DMV?
Thank you Michael Orr and the Linda Vista T Mobile. The most culturally diverse awesomeness of my day.

So this is the best cell phone store I’ve ever been to in my life. It truly seems like a positive environment from the positive energy I felt in the store. They do live up to their Unilocal reviews! I was actually relaxed after leaving the store. I was so stressed about my international travel phone situation and Arthur helped calm my nerves.
Arthur got me all situated for my upcoming trip! I’m ready to pillage my way through Europe… well more like eat my way through :)

This is my new favorite T-​mobile location!
I came in here on a weekday in a panic to get a new phone (since my old one went for a swim).
I wanted a new Samsung S 5 (a waterproof phone) and they guided me on my purchase. I was back in business in no time flat! Later, I came back to have all my information transferred between phones, and that went smoothly as well.
I highly recommend this location!

I normally hate dealing with Tmobile franchises, but this one is soooooooo amazingly courteous. I am very impressed with their level of service, especially when you consider the age of their staff.
