I was absolutely so impressed with Charlie’s help through the process to pick which «grass» to go with that would work best for our family. Not only was she helpful but she got us on the schedule within a week so we could get the lawn in before it rained. Extremely professional job and results.

I was looking to replace my small lawn of 150 sq.ft. with artificial turf and I hired SynLawn to do that. The reason I went with SynLawn was competitive pricing and they had samples of the turf actually installed in front of their store so I could see how it would look when everything’s said and done. They also did not decline my small project like some of the competitors did.
Overall, I am happy with the outcome and would do it again. The new turf looks amazing. The installation crew were professional, fast and skilled.
I took off one star due to some minor customer service issues that they could work on: an in-​store dog wandering around and curling around me even though I pointed out several times that I am not a fan just made me feel uncomfortable in the store. They also did not honor the estimate they gave me in December when I called back in March: they wanted couple of hundred bucks more. They did not have to honor it but I wonder if it was worth it.
The overall quality of work and product wins it for me and I recommend them.
