I’ve been coming to this place for years to get oil changes for both of my cars. Last week I stopped in and the guy in charge was condescending and I felt like he was pressuring me or trying to up sell me. He questioned me like I was an elementary school child and it was his job to teach me a lesson about caring for my car. I lost my temper with it and admit to being rude. I even apologized to him for being rude; but explained that I didn’t have time for a lecture. I needed an oil change. He was a complete jerk, even when I was apologizing for losing my temper because he was a jerk.
My car is a 2011 and I barely have 37k miles on it. I don’t drive a lot of miles. So even if it had been a few months, I was no where near the mile limit for an oil change. I didn’t need the lecture. He threw the used oil filter under my car to the technician working on it. A few minutes later my car was «done». With none of the regular courtesy checks indicated on the receipt.
Like I said. I’ve been coming here for years. I know the level of service I usually get. This was not it.
Ironically, yesterday, 6 days after the oil change, my «change oil» notification came on in my car. I actually feel hesitant to go back there. I feel like my car was possibly sabotaged because of this guys ego. I could be wrong; I’m merely expressing how his «service» and attitude made me feel, and now I fear my car may have been tampered with or not serviced properly on purpose.

Literally the best service I’ve received from any business in a long time. Courteous, professional, knowledgable, and fast!

As a young woman, I always get nervous about taking my car to the mechanic. I am always nervous that the mechanics would take advantage of me. Going to this shop is the only time I didn’t feel this way. The guys were just amazing! They did a phenomenal job at a very good price. They were extremely friendly, drove me back and forth to my house several times. Christian, Adam and the general manager were just extremely so helpful and showed genuine concern about me and my car. It was an incredible experience. I will definitely keep going back.

Just went in to do oil and brake change and Pedro was very honest and helpful. Rare to find. I live right near the place and will be a loyal customer from now on.

This is the oil change place you will see on TV for scams. Went in for a oil change on my car and they quoted her 70 bucks for a oil change. Tried to take advantage of her. I then showed up and called them out on it. Do not go to this scam area. They Nickel and dime you to death. Beware.

Went into Synfast Oil Change to get my oil changed, and to ask them if they could look at why my car wobbled when I slowed down.
I think Miguel was the name of the associate who helped me out. He quickly kneeled down next to my front tired and shined a light on my brakes. He said «Oh you need new brake pads! They are warn down!» I am not a car guy, never have been, and I’m trying to learn more. Miguel befriended me and I trusted him. We talked about the resale value of my car, among other things.
So he then tells me if we can replace the pads today ($ 150) than he will give me the oil change for free. I reluctantly agree. I just wanted my car to stop wobbling, and to get my oil changed. I drove away and it wasn’t wobbling nearly as much.
Fast forward to two weeks later, I decide to get my alignment looked at by a car place by my work. I pull in there and the guy takes my tires off and says «Someone put new brake pads on your misaligned rotars. There’s nothign we can do because you didn’t need new pads, you needed new rotars. Now you need to replace them both. $ 200.»
So it turns out Miguel at SynFast didn’t know as much as I thought he did. Sold me apart I didn’t need to get a quick sale. I hope I can talk to someone in management about this.
1 star for charging me too much and causing more problems instead of fixing them.

Just left this place with my girlfriend and Christian was such a great help! The service was quick and easy. We will definitely be back and will refer our friends.

10÷20÷15 I went in for an oil change. I asked if I could upgrade to one that would check and fill all my fluids since it’d been a while since I checked them. They said ok and gave me the $ 45 oil change instead of $ 20 and showed me the long list of items they would attend to. They said everything was good to go except I needed front breaks which I had noticed myself. I told the manager, Edgar, that I would be back that evening.
I returned that night for front break pads. I also requested the more expensive version. I went across the street to eat while they worked. When I returned, Allen, informed me they had put the new pads on, but that my rotors were bad and needed to be replaced. He said they tried to call me, but had the number wrong in their computer so it wasn’t their fault. I explained to him that I know it’s not ok to put new pads on bad rotors.
Then he explained what I needed to do was come back in the morning and get rotors from them and they will get me the same new set of pads since my new ones were under warranty. Did he really expect a customer to spend more money on rotors after he handled the situation so poorly? His only excuse was we didn’t have your number. Why were the breaks even taken off before discussing with me that I needed rotors as well and if it was this important why didn’t you just come across the street and tell me?! I was the only person eating in the Thai shop. It’s not like it would’ve been hard to find me.
This night resulted in me missing work since my dad was concerned for me to drive with bad rotors plus it would ruin the new pads.
On 10÷21÷15, the following day, my dad had his mechanic drive 30 mins to my place to personally come check out my car. Apparently the rotors were completely fine. This was now the second night of work I had missed due to this crap story Allen gave me about my rotors being bad and how driving on the new pads with bad rotors would destroy them. I was so scared for two days that I didn’t even drive my car. And my dad’s mechanic also noticed that my coolant reservoir was completely empty. So much for paying extra money for an oil change that included topping off fluids.
Well I guess this is the treatment that Edgar and Allen over at SynFast give when they have a customer who comes in and upgrades an oil change and upgrades a break service. They lie to them to try to get more money out of them and they inadvertently caused two days of problems in my life that costed me hundreds of dollars from missed work. Not to mention my dad was worried and paid a mechanic to drive to my house to resolve the situation.
Never again! You guys give your industry a bad name. Shame on you for taking advantage of a woman who trusted her vehicle and future driving safety to you guys. Just horrible. You lost my business for life.

Decent oil change. It was fairly quick — about 20 minutes from start to finish — and the price was fine (I always go with synthetic and it was about $ 80, which isn’t great but isn’t more than the average either).
I was slightly annoyed because they tried to sell me on a million different services on top of the oil change, which I clearly wasn’t interested in. On top of that, I had hoped they’d at least check my tire pressure. Instead, my tire pressure light went off just as I pulled out of the location. Oh well.

These guys are quick and efficient.
They also do a good job at replacing things that need maintenance done.
However be sure you know your car because if they do a «visual inspection» they’ll suggest to change it.
Overall cool place to get an oil change.

These folks are totally awesome… Here’s why:
1. They do a great job at oil changes — oil change, fluid top-​offs, air pressured checked, etc
2. They love their jobs — it shows, they smile, laugh, have fun, are friendly, personable, and genuinely kind.
3. I was in a rush, but they informed me that my manufacturer recommended a tire rotation. How asked how long it would take? 7 minutes to told me. All 5 of them jumped on it and had tire tires rotated in 5:40 and me out the door in 7 flat.
It’s rare to see folks who enjoy customer service. This crew is unique and that’s why they do my oil changes!

The manager was very quick to compensate for an oversight. They definitely want you to comeback.

These guys were more than amazing! Carlos the manager, went the extra mile to provide customer service. You can tell the staff enjoy working together and providing friendly and helpful service. For a woman this was important to me when going to a new shop! Keep it up guys!

Sign says $ 39.95 but they push the «synthetic» option which is $ 79.95. As long as you know to say NO you are ok. They do a good job. A million options out there… I’d return if I had a coupon or something.

Pros– it’s easy, they usually get you in and out pretty fast so it’s convenient and the guys that work here are nice enough
Cons– they have a record of every time I come here approximately every 3000 miles and every single time I get the same exact oil change for the same exact price. They do not fail, however, at trying to sell me a $ 60 oil change and a $ 20 engine flush every single time. I understand it’s part of your job to offer these services but please stop. I just want an oil change. Yep, the same old oil change I’ve been getting since I started using you guys. I know my car is new and I know it would run better with synthetic, I’ve heard it a million times.

These guys have taken care of my 4×4 truck with grace and skill since they first opened as this new SynFast location, they have gone above and beyond a couple of times for me. I typically bring in my own synthetic oil and filter and they cut me a decent deal.
They keep an impressively high staffing level of a wide and very patient team.
They just today have fixed my front brakes like new, and advised me on work needing some ASAP on my rear drum brakes.

I love that this place has a breezy, shady patio to wait on, and awesome lunch spots [phi Sao Bien] a few doors down… Or if it’s going to be a while, sometimes i walk a block to the Silver Fox for a cocktail!

Everytime I come here they try to talk me into the $ 44 oil hange because the oil for the $ 19.99 isn’t good enough they say. Well then why is $ 19.99 posted everywhere on the building and out front with the guys spinning the sign it if its not a good oil? If your product is substandard you shouldn’t be selling it. Anyway its called «BAIT AND SWITCH» actually if you want to know what you’re doing…
I’ve done oil twice here and that’ll be the last time. If you can’t stand behind your $ 19.99 oil why the heck are you selling it?
You’ll never see me again. Zero stars!

Awesome place to keep the car running how it should. The crew worked well together three cars and all. It was like watching Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen but every chef was communicating and things were getting done!
