Established in 2013.

I have been a theatrical stage manager and corporate event planner since 2005 so when my best friend asked me to help coordinate her wedding it was a perfect fit. I love every minute of it and immediately wanted to help other couples make their special day perfect!

Meet Sunny!

She graduated from San Diego State University in 2007 with a degree in Technical Theater and a self-​created emphasis in Stage Management and Event Planning.

She currently work all over the San Diego theater community as a Stage Manager and a Wardrobe Supervisor/​Dresser.

She has been with Harris Goldman Productions for over seven years as a Production Coordinator and a Show Caller. HGP plans and produces large scale corporate events, annual conventions, and company parties.

Her unique blend of experience with live theatrical and corporate productions, and her wardrobe talents make Sunny the ideal person to help you coordinate your special day.

Sunny is AWESOME! She has such an eye for detail, usually catching things we might’ve overlooked planning on our own. She is VERY accessible, we reached out to her and received quick responses to our many questions and changes and had everything super organized. On our day of the wedding, she made everything that we had discussed happen, even last minute things we brought to her attention were handled no questions asked. Our day went perfectly, hugely due to her professionalism, tact, and amazing attitude. If you’re looking for a day of coordinator, stop looking and contact Sunny to handle your big day :)

I had the opportunity to work with Sunny at a wedding recently. She was so easy to work with and was very organized as well as punctual. Sunny did a wonderful job, coordinating and directing the rehearsal, as well as being a huge help on our wedding day. She was very professional and fun to work with. She interacted well with the guests and was a pro at making everything run smoothly, as well as helping with setup and cleanup. Our wedding couldn’t have gone any better and we highly recommend her!

Sunny is the best! I knew she would be from the first moment we met. :) She’s professional and calm and organized, and did a great job wrangling our huge wedding party full of big personalities, as well as helping this super stressed out bride keep it together. We just had a fabulous wedding and one of the best decisions made was to hire Sunny Haines. As mom of the bride I wanted to enjoy the day and not worry about anything and I’m happy to say Sunny made the day stress free and handled all the details with the guests, the music, the ceremony timeline and herding cats, etc. She was great to work with and we all just enjoyed the day. The day of went as smooth as a wedding day can go with our guests leaving happy, full of yummy food, and never standing around waiting for the next transition.
