As much as I hate cold temperature, I love me some cryotherapy as Subzero Recovery SD! I’m a personal trainer and cryo has been awesome for my muscle/​joint recovery. The staff is also very friendly. I really appreciate Shayna and Priscilla keeping me company and talking me through those very long 3 minutes of freezing! Thanks ladies :) xo

Wow! I don’t know where to begin. I had an amazing experience at SubZero. The facility was clean and had positive vibes. The employee was very kind and helpful throughout the process. I used the Cryosauna for the first time and I have never been so cold! However, even though I don’t prefer the cold, my soreness and knee inflammation from working out decreased immediately! I was left feeling energized after my body warmed up. Over time I have noticed a reduction of inflammation, recovery time, acne, and cellulite. I definitely will continue to recommend this to my family and friends (:

Tried SubZero for the first time today, and it was a memorable experience. The customer service provided by Shayna was outstanding. I really felt like someone else was taking care of me.
The process itself was intense, and a little difficult, but went quickly.
Upon finishing, I immediately felt relaxed: so relaxed it took my legs a few minutes before walking felt natural. At first, while nothing felt *bad*, nothing felt particularly *good* either. But as the day has continued, two things have stood out: (1) my left shoulder and neck, which have been sore for about a week, feel great, and (2) three hours later, I still feel calm and relaxed.
As with everything body and health related, your mileage may vary, but if you have joint pain that you suspect has been caused — or is exacerbated — by swelling, a session at SubZero may be just what your body needs.

Went here to check out what a cryosauna was. The location isn’t clear, but it’s right next to flōt. The facility is nice and clean with a friendly worker that directed what you needed to do. Now the cryosauna itself is something out of a futuristic movie. Once you step in it and get started you instantly feel awake being submerged in nitrogen gas. It honestly wasn’t that bad temperature wise although it’s definitely chilly. It temporarily relieved some back pain I had. Overall it’s a pretty cool experience.
