Sandwich was good service was polite I have no complaints. If I could change anything it would be the line. My butt is next to people eating while you order sorry lol

I have eaten at this site for a couple of years before deciding to boycott 3 years ago. The staff they had at the time were incompetent and lazy. The manager attempted to contact me after a made a bad review to their corporate website. The experience was so bad I didn’t care if they were going to try to make up for the experience. Incident: my family and I were placing an order. The staff helping me calls his coworker who was on his break to help the next person. It was a girl that got the gym close by and seem to catch the attention of both. They were absent minded and kept asking us to repeat our request. To make manners worst we arrived home only to find out that the cookies they ordered was not in the bag. I drove all the way back and confronted them about the incompetence and their wandering minds and eyes. Neither of them couldn’t even deny it.

Once again the bread was stale. This seems to be getting more common at all subways. If you like your sandwich cold and not toasted you have to tolerate stale bread. I remember years ago when subways jingle was«baked fresh daily». It’s more like ever other week now. This location has a good polite staff but the bread has to be at least baked within a day or two.

Tried this Subway — curious about people had to say. Not slow at all. They had one cashier and one sandwich maker. Maybe Subway has made improvements in their staff.

Do not go here If you are on your lunch. Extremely slow, and be ready to repeat yourself 3xs so they get your order right. I added a star because they are in good spirits at least.

No customers in the shop. Two workers at the front desk and I walked in then a man behind me. One person worked the desk while the other stood behind her. She out meat on bread and put it in the toaster. The started the next persons. Took mine from the toaster and set it on the table then ignored it while she finished the sandwich of the customer behind me. Then came back and finished mine. 1st time I had to wait on the person behind me in a line.

This is the second time my wife and I come here. Hoping that the first time was just a «bad day for the employee here». But today weeks later, they are just as horrible. Bad attitudes, but I guess I would be mad too if I was a «sandwich artist» making minimum wage. I understand they have to measure everything they put in your sandwich. But when you put the nastiest oldest tomatoes, and such a small amount of lettuce you can see the Bread right through it, that’s just ridiculous. I’m not expecting much from a subway. Don’t get me wrong I understand this is not a 5 start establishment. But, at least do what you should do, right.

Brough a «steak and bacon melt» with a buy one six inch get one free couple. Apparently you still pay for bacon for the second sandwich because bacon is extra, even though it’s advertised as «steak and bacon.» It’s only $ 0.60, but I like to know what I am paying for.

I came here around 9:30 p.m.(30 minutes before closing) to get dinner because I hadn’t eaten anything all day and was famished. I was the only one in the restaurant and was promptly greeted by an employee. Not going to lie. The place absolutely reeked of stinky feet. I don’t know if they had just finished cleaning the floors using bleach and whatever weird concoction of cleaning products they use, but I swear I threw up in my mouth a little bit. Regardless, I was hungry and ready to get my damn sandwich. I looked over to the counter where the ingredients were stored and all of the meats were literally frozen solid. Eat Fresh? I think Eat Frozen. Anyways, my hunger was too great for me to drive somewhere else now. After all, I did already vomit a little bit so I figured it couldn’t get any worse. Luckily, it didn’t(I bet you weren’t expecting that twist eh?). The guy that made my sandwich was pretty focused and determined to get my sandwich made. The way he stacked the veggies looked so lovely that I forgave them instantly of the ordeals I had to face already. I will say that the bread did seem very small, as if this particular location was using less dough to bake the bread. It was long… but flat. And this was not a flatbread. I will come back, but only when I am pretty hungry AND only because this is the only non-fast food place that is open in RB this late. And remember. Eat Frozen everyone.

Writing this in hopes the manager will read it and make some changes! There are 1 or 2 employees that work here that are great. But sad to say the bad employees out shine them and make this subway not worth going to. Why does it take 15 minutes to get a sandwich? Please tell me? SLOWEST staff ever. You work at a sandwich shop. You should be a pro at making sandwiches. You should not run out of bread. You should not get mustard all over the outside of the bread. You should be able to cut the bread and not rip it up. Your employees are sloppy, slow, and are they high? Seems like it. Take some pride in your store!

Not one of the best Subways. They do not have a bathroom nor is there access to shared facilities with other restaurants in the area, so they send you to Von’s or the pizza parlor if you want to wash your hands. The staff gets overwhelmed when there is a small line, the prep is slow and what I most dislike is the lack of flexibility when deviating from the menu. Most Subways let you either sub or pay a small upgrade fee when you want a kids meal with chips or soda. Not these guys. You must purchase it in addition. Then they are very stingy with napkins. I did not even get any with the sandwiches, and when I asked for some, I could only get a very few. Anyway, I will avoid this location in the future. The one on Poway road is great.

I go eat here about twice a week because it’s so close to work. Always a decent line at noon which is expected. Small inside with about 6 tables but most prefer to eat outside in the court yard with plenty of shaded tables. Food is comparable to most Subways. During the month of Sept 2013 any footling is $ 5(w/some exceptions).

Not sure why this place has different specials than every other Subway. says that June’s five dollar footlong is the oven roasted chicken breast, but here they say it’s a grilled cheese.

Nice Subway location. Friendly crew, kept clean and they have Coke Zero in the soda dispenser! The bread in the oven smells awesome! My spicy italian tasted great. Only downside is no bathroom on site. I will definitely come back when I’m next in the area.

Horrible for a subway! Stale bread and stale chips! Aaaaah! Eat fresh? Nothing’s fresh here! Worst subway experience ever. Don’t eat here. Wait for a change.

I’ll be honest I think the quality and freshness of this subway is much worse than most of the Subways. When I ate here the tomatoes were very watery, the lettce wasn’t cold, the spinch was wilted, they put way to much salt and pepper on it. Id say the only part that was eatable was the bread. I normaly get an Italian at sub places and there pretty hard to screw up but I think this was pretty bad… The place itself wasn’t exactly out in the open either and not the fastest place to find for a first timer here. I’ll probably stick to other sub places that are in the area.

Mom wanted coffee… from Subway… I know. You are probably thinking the same thing I was(as I was staring at her with one eye closed trying to adjust to the light she just turned on), «Subway? Coffee? What smoke are you crackin’?!» Whatever, I don’t argue, I’m just the chauffeur and if it means I get a free coffee out of it, even better. We dodged all the tables, chairs, and, for me, the umbrellas on those tables as we walked into Subway(next door to a bagel place… seemingly more fitting for a morning coffee/breakfast run…). There was a guy in view, but really kind of in the back area of the place. He didn’t even get the chance to greet us as my mom asked if they had coffee as she saw an empty place where the coffee is brewed. He said that they did, but kept working on whatever he was working on. Mom also decided she was going to have a breakfast sandwich. The reason Subway is not a place for breakfast… they don’t really understand the morning rush. We left early enough to stop somewhere, but as he continued working and not helping us, well the clock started to tick down. Eventually he stopped what he was doing and helped my mom, but there was still no sense of urgency. Besides choosing toppings, my mom was pretty much directing the guy, like, «Can you give us coffee cups while you do that so we can make our coffee while we wait?» Yes, this is what my mom does if you don’t move with a sense of urgency. My mom had a breakfast sandwich made for me too… it was ok, but the cheese and egg didn’t have much flavor to it and it was quite a large sandwich compared to other breakfast places. That might be good for some, but I found it to be a bit too much. The coffee was pretty good… it is Seattle’s Best, so a good quality anyway. Overall, I think I’ll stick with a lunch sandwich instead… and maybe a different location, even though there is a lovely outdoor seating area and the place is very clean.

Pro: Friendly staff(seemed forced), cheap food, quick service(meth?). Con: Missing bathroom, music is way too loud, weird location. Guys let me wash my hands by counter. Yes, I know it’s against health code, but hey, when was the last time you went to a fast food chain that didn’t have a rest room? The service is very quick, even though the staff seemed about to fall asleep. I would take amazing food prep speed over friendliness.
