Came here with my husband for a quick bite to eat. My husband who loves BBQ and bacon was excited to see their new flavor of BBQ Steak & Bacon Melt. That’s where the excitement ended. We ordered a footlong and the employee proceeded to put the BBQ Pulled Pork on the bread. Over and over again he insisted that it was«beef» and not pork like I kept asking. He insisted the bacon was chopped up inside the«beef». Funny how he kept saying it was«beef» yet rung it up as pulled pork! After looking at the receipt my husband went to speak with the guy who ignored him and helped the next group of people who came in AFTER my husband explained that we didn’t get what we ordered. After helping those 4 people he then insisted that we asked for«pork» so that’s what he gave us! Are you kidding me?!? He pointed at the same ad that we pointed to earlier saying it’s what we ordered and received and my husband explained yet again that we wanted the 2nd sandwich not the first. He then said ok but it would cost extra for the bacon and cheese! The picture and description both state that it is a BBQ Steak & Bacon Melt, so that they’re included for the $ 7.25 cost. He proceeded then to argue about the cost and picks up the phone to loudly call his supervisor who must have told him to make it. He rudely slaps it together barely looking at us, hands it to my husband and walks over to the table where I was sitting with my 2yr old daughter and grabbed the wrong one and said loudly that it was going into the trash now as if I was trying to scam him. Not once did he smile or greet a single customer who walked in even though the place was mostly empty the entire time. I will never go to this Subway ever again. Should have gone to the In & Out across the street for better service and no worries about receiving something we didn’t want.

One of the worst Subways I have ever been to. While one of the employees was making my sandwich, she was just litterally throwing all the toppings on, very sloppily. Not only that, but her communication skills were very unprofessional. Went here because it was the closest to my school. If you can find another Subway, please do. This one is Trash.

The sandwhich was just like any other subway so I gave them 2 stars, but the two rude ladies behind the counter made it so I will not be back. They stare at u with blank faces and roll their eyes when u tell them what u want. Not a good subway

Just passed by this location and saw that it was closed down. So I decided to go to the Subway in the Mitsuwa plaza instead. Surprisingly, their employees from this location has moved to the location in the Mitsuwa plaza as well. I’ve been to this Subway countless times to remember the employees who work there. I have came down to the conclusion that they don’t know what customer service is. When you come in, they don’t smile or greet you even if you’re the only customer in the store.(Yeah, make it really awkward, why don’t you?) They’re really stingy with their ingredients when you ask for more lettuce, yellow chilies, or whatever. It seems like they really must hate their job and don’t really give a fuck about what they’re doing. You’re making someone’s sandwich, you should at least converse with them instead of staying quiet and looking like you hate your job so much.

This place has the worst customer service. The way they make the sandwiches are just the worst. They pretty much throw everything on your sandwich as if they are pissed all the time or like they just don’t give a crap. I have been there a handful of times thinking maybe I’m just being picky about getting my subway sandwich«my way» but I’m not going back again! The girls are nice but one of them is just not so bright! You have to repeat what kind of sandwich you want on what kind of bread and all the ingredients like 10 times before she gets it.

So bad. It’s always hit and miss. And mostly miss. I suck it up bc it’s right next to my work. But really, just not good AT all. There is ONE person there that can make a sandwich and he’s almost never there

I’ve been going here for years only because I like Subway in general and it’s conveniently located across the street from work. I have had 3 dintinctly awful experiences with this location. I gave them another shot after the first and the second bad experience because they’re usually pretty good in service. But today was the last straw for me. 1st strike: handling cash with the gloves used to make sandwiches… And then going back to making more sandwiches. Gross… Stike 2: I asked for a six inch… Not an obvious 4 inch. It was quite evident to me that the server also knew she cut it too short but she just went on to make my sandwich, anyway. I just let it go because I was in a hurry and figured, ok whatever. Strike 3: The server was putting in a tray of the English muffins and what appeared to be wraps. One muffin happened to drop on the floor and she used THATONE to make my breakfast sandwich. She thought I didn’t see her drop it! I was so shocked because I thought she was one of the better servers. And I didn’t say anything. I know that’s my fault too for not calling her out on it… But wow– I couldn’t believe it. I think I was caught between not wanting to get her in trouble and not wanting to believe what I just saw. But as I thought about it more and more… It just annoys the hell out of me. Banning this Subway. Beware if you go to this Location. You’re better off going to the one down the street by Kearny high school or the one off of Clairemont Mesa Blvd.

This Subway is located next to the Sunrise Super Buffet. I felt the need to go here to take advantage of the $ 5 footlong deal while it’s still in effect. The three women that worked in here were a super sandwich making team. It was almost like they spoke telepathically to one another. The only thing strange about one of the women was that it seemed like she wasn’t used to speaking and was almost forcing herself to speak. My husband and I sat all the way in the back in the biggest booth in the place. This Subway is small so they mostly have those half booths. I sat facing the window and had a view of the parking lot. The parking lot has ridiculously small spaces and I found myself disgusted to see this guy have the nerve to park this car in this extremely tight space between two SUVs in the front of the building. He parked so close to the other cars that it would’ve been impossible for the owners of the other cars to get into them. I wasn’t the only who thought this because three or four people stood in front his car and must’ve asked the same thing. What makes it sad is that one of the cars had a disabled placard on the rear view mirror. I didn’t see how this situation played out, but I was glad that I made like Jared and walked my ass to the Subway.

I have been coming to this location for years, as long as I’ve lived in the neighborhood. Service has always been fine. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a rude employee. Maybe I’ve just been lucky. They’re pretty fast. When the $ 5 deal first started they had an impressive assembly line. The sandwiches are pretty good, just like any Subway. The worst thing I can say about them is sometimes, usually in the evening, the bread isn’t very fresh.
