A little disappointed that they ran out of my favorite bread which is Italian herbs and cheese. Other than that I would have given them 4 stars. There dining room is usually clean but it seems they have some work to do today. There were two people working today and it wasn’t busy at all. If it were me, I would have someone tending and cleaning the dinning area and the other making the food. But then again who am I lol. The food is pretty fresh. Vegetables look like they are fresh everyday and not two day old left overs. It’s in the same plaza as my job so I frequent this place.

I can agree with the three star average in general. My extra star comes from the personal service they provide. A few of them get to know you and will ask if you want the usual and of course always try to upsell cookies and a drink or something(which is fine with me). True, it depends on who is behind the counter and how busy they are to what kind of service you receive. An in their defense, they are most likely the busiest store in the area(IKEA, Costco, and Lowe’s in the same parking lot). I believe Lydia(?) provides the best service and if this were my franchise I would seek to put her in a supervisory position.

It’s pretty much the same as any other subways, but this one the bread was kind of stale and I didn’t really like that. And they also didn’t have any cilantro which most subways have as an option

Typical subway! Close. To work and rêal convenient but every time I go in there it seems like they are hilariously understaffed. So if you’re in a hurry you coul be rolling the dice coming here you might be in for a wait!

I wanted to review this subway because I come in a lot after work and I work pretty late. This subway is open til 11 and sometimes I come right before closing. I know we all hate that person that comes in right before closing, but I have never gotten an attitude here. I only get polite, kind service. I really understand how hard that is to do, especially at the end of your late shift. Food is great, service is great. Now if they’d only give me back my creamy chicken and rice soup!

Pretty bad subs. Bread tastes artificial. Once I even got food poisoning from this specific place after eating the meatball marinara sub. If you don’t care for explosive diarrhea eat elsewhere!

The food is what you would expect from your run of the mill corporate food chain. This review, however, is about the staff. The service here is very hit and miss; depending on who is working. I love coming here when Yolanda is working. She’s so sweet and accommodating :) That being said, everyone else needs a retraining in customer service. Especially this one girl — her name is Tiffany. She is just completely rude and unprofessional.

I ordered the $ 4 all-day lunch special:6″ sub and soda, a bargain! I like the meatball sub, it’s spicey! I also like the fact that I don’t have to worry about sauce oozing out all over my clothes, there’s enough but it isn’t dripping wet. The two women working we’re pleasant and fast at 5:30 in the afternoon. Parking lot.

The Sandwiches are usually the same pretty basic when I order… HOWEVER, don’t confuse the blond behind the counter when calling ahead to pick up(12) 12″ subs cut in half to make 24 sandwiches and to be individually marked accordingly to avoid confusion at the picnic I was to attend. Long story short, I noticed the staff made 12 sandwiches that were cut in half but not all separated out. I then had staff pull out sandwiches and to be distributed with ease at the park. The final sandwiches I did get were in fact individually wrapped but now we were unable to decipher the difference between the different sandwiches that were made. UGH you would think«common sense» but as they say, if it were common blah blah blah –ranting.

This is a great Subway store. Maybe bc I go around 11AM it’s not so busy and the employees are super friendly. I’m always pleased with this store. I’ve had some not so pleasant experiences at Subway’s, but again I’m very pleased with this store. Happy to give them a good review :)

Service here isn’t as great as some of the other Subways I’ve been in. Good thing this Subway isn’t the closest one to me!

The service is a little 50⁄50 to my experience coming here. Some days they know what they are doing, and some days you just got to tell them 3 more times before they finally get it right. But overall, this place is handy and close to where I live and whenever I’m not in the mood for cooking dinner, this Subway is my plan B! :)

Okay I dont know what is with the other reviews on here. I honestly am starting to wonder if there’s some strange Subway feud going on, where the other subway employees talk shit about competing branches? I have been going to this subway for LITERALLY over 10 years. I have been to literally HUNDREDS of subways … LITERALLY all over the world … from USA to Thailand. If you enjoy subway you know how many branches have green tomatoes, smooshed tomatoes, brown bell peppers, flies all over their food, crap quality sandwich making, overstuffed, messy, disinterested employees, etc. … This subway — swear on my life — is the best one I have ever been to. I do NOT work for them. I lived across the street in Archstone for 4 years so ended up going there, and having been to subways in nearly 35 states, I still am blown away how fresh their veggies and how delicious the sandwiches are here. Period. The staff have always been super nice to me, the bathroom always has soap and paper towels. Its always clean. I honestly say ignore the weird 1 star reviews(someone stole my shirt???) that are probably bullshit, and check the place out yourself. Highly recommended. And I actually have other reviews so you know im legit… unlike some of these turds.

I would rate this ZERO stars if I had the option! I HATE this store and avoid it all costs! I wish there was another store close to where I work otherwise I would never step foot inside there! The staff are RUDERUDERUDE! Hello I am a paying customer, just a hello and if you can’t manage that a smile! Oh and when you are asking me questions look at me so I know that you are talking to me and then when I don’t respond don’t treat me like an idiot! Fellow Unilocalers! Do me a HUGE favor! Stay away, Starbucks on the corner sells some sandwiches or go IKEA!

I know Subway is a chain fast food sandwich place so what you see is what you get. HOWEVER, this one takes the cake as being the worst Subway to order a sandwich from and have the order be correct. For example if you order a Sweet Onion Chicken Terriyaki on sandwich, you might end up with a Bacon Chicken Club. Yeah, that’s not even close to what I ordered, and please don’t just pick the bacon on the sandwich. I am allergic to pork and that is not what I ordered. If you ask for Provolone you often get Swiss. When you say no peppers, you get a handful. Why is this so hard? I speak clearly and not fast to make sure my order is understood. Sadly that’s not enough. Also, don’t ask them to toast it, the edges turn black and the middle is cold, so there is no point in ruining your sandwich. I have only been to this Subway once and never again. My fiancé works near by and goes there often and reports they mess up his order every time. Methinks I’ll drive another two miles down the road to the Subway by the Ralph’s. That the beauty of a chain: there is always another one near by.
