Stephen A Luskin, OD APC

Dr. Luskin is a very nice and personable. I got my eyes check couple time by him because it was so dry and irritated. He took a look and gave me a very honest opinion that there was nothing wrong with my eyes and gave me the eye drops to bring home for free. Thanks Dr. Luskin for great service and honest business.

Dr. Luskin himself is a nice guy and I had no problem with his service. I recently ordered a pair of glasses through them and after I got them i HATED them. The shape of the glasses were all wrong and they didn’t fit my nose well so they slid down a lot and it defeat the purpose of having glasses for me. I called the office to tell them about it, and asked if there was anything they could do for me to be able to order a different pair and pay the difference or I would just ask for my prescription to go somewhere else with a better variety of glasses. I spoke with Dr. Luskin on the phone and he was very nice and told me to bring them in and he’d see what they could do for me. I am full aware that me not liking the glasses that I chose is not there fault, so I was glad that he was so nice about it.
But when I got to the office, the other man (who’s name I do not know), who is part of the office staff seemed extremely irritated with me and was very rude when I told him how Dr. Luskin told me to come in to get different glasses. I ended up choosing a pair and I will pay the difference when I pick them up, but I probably will change my doctor because his office staff is pretty rude, pushy, and intimidating. Not good for basis of creating a clientele.

Dr, Luskin has cared for my eyes for about 4 years now. Yes, he’s the best eye doctor I have ever met. I feel very comfortable in his clinic. His wife is so amazing and beautiful. Nestor, one of his staff has always remembered who I am even on the phone and always made me smile. Great energy and very professional people. They have amazing selections of eye wear too! I’m looking forward to continue seeing Dr. Luskin to care for my eyes.

Beware! Shady & poor customer service. I used my vison insurance when I went here and paid more out of pocket than just my co-​pay. My insurance overs $ 120 for contacts and I was only given two boxes when I normally get 3.
I checked my benefits and called the next day to ask about the charges. Nestor the office staff was incredibly rude, he wouldn’t let me finish a sentence and hung up on me when I asked for a copy of my charges.
When I went to the office to pick up the lenses I informed Dr. Luskin of the horrible customer service. The Dr. didn’t even let me speak and Nestor kept trying to argue with me. Since I was unable to get an explaination of my charges, I had to report him to the insurance company for fraud.

Great eye Dr. with a very personal touch. He’s not just trying to move patients in and out the door. You get the feeling he really cares and wants to help. I’m not looking to «go cheap» with my eyesight, but even with the prices he’s fair and works with you if you don’t have insurance.
I will gladly continue to take my eyes here.

Wow does he not realize that some people are strapped for cash right now. Sells me the most expensive contacts, that suck and rip all the time and doesn’t tell me that I’m using up all my years worth of insurance for a 6 month supply. Horrible service, very unfriendly and gives me attitude because I want my prescription so I can see if I can get a better price. Sorry I’m not a doctor and have a bunch of money!
Any one know a good eye doctor around here?

This guy may not be the «cheapest» guy in town, but he will work with you to produce the «best» result. I have known Dr. Luskin for many years and he is one of the best around.

Dr. Luskin is the best eye doctor I have ever had. I wear contacts and he was willing to come open up the store after hours when I had an eye infection so he could treat me. He also gave me his cell in case my eyes got worse. The personal relationship he creates with his patients is not something your average doctor does anymore.
I also got a killer pair of Dolce and Gabanna glasses with leopard print frames at his shop.
Personal service and fashion… that’s what we all want right? :)

I like this place. I haven’t bought anything, yet, but it’s casual, friendly and the glasses they stock are unique, fun and affordable.
