This a pretty good Starbucks and quite busy as well. I stopped in early on a Saturday morning and I was surprise how busy the drive thru was. I stepped inside and had them toast me up a multi grain bagel with simple butter and a Caffè Misto, Starbuck’s version of a Café au Lait. The Caffè Misto was very good, in fact it was just as good or even better than many Café au Lait I have enjoyed at many coffee shops around town. It had that great froth created by the hot make as it hits the hot coffee. I asked to misto to be made with a dark roast, and strong and delicious it was. I asked the bagel to be well toasted, and they toasted it just the way I like it, to a gold brown color with a nice crunch. I liked that they use salted Kerrygold butter, one of my favorites because it offer a great natural cream flavor and it’s made from the milk of grass fed cows. The bagel tasted great and went well with my Caffè Misto. Service was very good at the counter and quite quick, but most importantly, it was very friendly.

We have been going to this Starbucks approximately once a week for several months, only because it’s nearby an area that we go to. This place is hit-or-miss. But, sadly it’s more of a miss than anything. This location does have a drive thru, which is great. Although, we rarely use it since there’s always a long line in the morning. We normally opt to go inside instead. We’ve noticed that during the summer, the AC is blasting, but not in a good way. Feels like we’re walking into a freezer and can barely stay inside long enough to get our order. Not comfortable at all. But, during the winter, the temperature is just fine. The store is clean. There are plenty of indoor and a few outdoor seating areas. The employees could be better. Some are nice, but others seem to be quite rude. Here are two instances just as examples — We’ve gotten a lady at the register who didn’t greet anyone very nicely and seemed like she absolutely hated being there. She didn’t fully listen to our orders so we have to repeat them to her AND she didn’t even use our reward like we requested. We’ve had another lady who was passing out the food orders, ignore us several times, apologize(with an attitude) for the long delay(at least 15 mins if not longer) without even looking at us while she was speaking(obviously not a sincere apology), then somehow made us feel bad for even ordering our pastries. To top it off, they ended up giving us the wrong order after personally asking us what it was that we were waiting for. We understand the morning rush and we are very patient and try not to follow up on our orders, unless it takes 10−15+ mins. But, with a very large morning staff, rude customer service, and long delay to get our orders… that combination really bothered us. We’ve seen that it bothers plenty of other people, but most are just too nice to complain. Although the service isn’t always on point, the food and beverages have been good. Nothing really to complain about there. Just sucks that we’ve had more bad customer service which made a negative impact on our experience and their Unilocal rating.

I’ve only been inside the store once, but during that time I was greeted with a smile and had a friendly conversation with the cashier. The other times I have used the drive thru and most of the time, I’m the only car there, which is great! I can order, pay, and get my drink in 2 mins! They get my drink right every time(because I’m not high maintenance and need specific adjustments to my drink). One time I ordered the PSL when it was just out of season, eventhough it was still listed on the menu. The barista apologized for that and offered to make a drink very similar to it, which I agreed upon. I tried it out and she was spot on. Great job!

Randomly, probably the best Peppermint Frappucino that I have had this season. Service is quick. Store is relatively clean. Idiots seem to drive in this parking lot though, just a heads up.

So far so good, work in the same plaza so I’m here 6 days a week. Mostly mornings, always full but never takes too long. Drive thru always busy but like I said, they don’t take long. Fast and so far good service. Clean bathrooms, great location, always parking space, outside seating as well. So far, best location around. Great employees…

This was my first and last time using a Starbucks drive thru. Drove up, placed my order, brief wait for my coffee. Asked if they would throw away my empty Starbucks cup from my morning trip to Starbucks and was told they could not take«trash.» The Barista was very apologetic and let me know that it was a management decision. As a manager, I am disappointed that a «tipped» employee is being encouraged to have a «can’t do» attitude vs. «can do» attitude. Common sense…” Let me take your empty Starbucks cup for you. I’ll be happy to throw that away for you. Thank you so much. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!“ Such a sad and disappointing situation. I hope this manager will practice a better business ethic, especially when dealing with repeat customers. I will continue to take my business to a Eco friendly Starbucks near me.

Terrible experience. The young lady forgot my food when I ordered it with coffee. Then older gentleman name David who works there as well, has a nasty look on his face when I’m still standing there waiting. He finally asks me what I am waiting for and he tells me it should be out shortly. Already a few minutes gone by and I’m still waiting. David is still staring. Maybe he should have reminded the cashier that I’m still waiting but no, he goes about his business. So I go back to the cashier and tell her that I am waiting for my food. One toasted bagel with cream cheese and one lemon loaf. She gets the bagel but forgets the lemon loaf. Her attitude wasn’t the best. I must say. Customer service jobs aren’t for everyone

Oh my word. I usually stop for a coffee on my way to work. I get to work around 9.30 to start at 10am. They are SOSLOW here that on numerous occasions I have actually left the line and gone to work otherwise I would have been late. I’m gonna have to go to a different one on my way to work from now on. Oh and by the way. I’m about 1 minute walk from here.

Visited this location after work yesterday. When I got to the speaker to place my order the man that was taking orders informs me that they don’t have Chai for Chai lattes and won’t until the weekend. Not apologetic at all. Seriously? It’s Tuesday. How does a huge company like Starbucks not know how to make sure there is back-stock!!!

Wow, the drive-thru staff has no sense of humor & no wits about them. Twice now I have used the drive thru & both times have been less than satisfactory & unpleasant. Don’t expect the baristas to come up with any ideas on their own either.

The drive through service is better than the inside service. The drive through is quick and friendly, always 100% of the time. Inside it is slower and not as friendly. I’ve been here at like 10x.

I came here to get some coffee before work. The customer service was bad, no smiles or friendly atmosphere. My drink took a while to make and there was no line they were just helping everyone in the drive thru first. It was very dirty in there too all the tables were dirty and so were the counters. I won’t be returning to this location. Very disappointed and surprised to see a Starbucks in this kind of condition.

We thru drive thru. Fast and friendly. Although I told them they screwed up my drink last time and they charged me for a replacement. I also asked for no foam again this time and it still full of foam… Starbucks is still a go to. Though. Necessary evil! Ok. Just parked and went back in to the the foam scooped off. They wanted to remake it and they did. Drink is finally right. Still friendly but still annoying. I also got the pepperoni savory fold over. It was actually really good. Not sure how fattening and not super filling but good. I’d get that again.

Recent service has been friendly and cheerful. I like the service in the drive through. I’m glad because when I’m in need of a snack or caffeine on my way to work, I appreciate having drive through as an option.

Top notch customer service. This is a busy location. Parking is ok. This location is near a busy intersection so traffic can be tight. Bonus for this location is that they have a drive thru. It is pretty much the same as any other Starbucks. The seating is inside and outside. Same selection as other Starbucks. Mostly a positive experience.- only thing that I had an issue with was that they had no straws at the counter. I had to ask for one. But I am sure that they restocked quickly after that.

Early-morning drive-thru experience. There were maybe six or seven cars ahead of us in the drive-thru, so we figured it’d be a bit of wait before we got to the order board. That wait gave me plenty of time to contemplate a breakfast sandwich. We were planning on being out and about for quite a while that day, and I thought it might be good to have something to chew on before we got around to either finishing our errands or eating lunch, whichever came first. However, I couldn’t justify the cost of a sandwich on top of the cost of coffee. As such, I talked myself out of buying breakfast, even though I was pretty hungry. You guys know I can be quite cheap when I want to be! At any rate, we placed our order for our two drinks, and the barista asked if we wanted anything to eat. Before my husband could say no, she broke in with, «Just so you know, all our sandwiches are $ 2 today only.» Score! In that case, give me a Spinach Feta wrap, STAT! We got to the window, and it seemed like the girl there was super-duper new to the job. First, she read back the wrong order. Then, when we handed her payment — in the form of a gift card and our regular card to cover the difference — she seemed confused. She didn’t tell us how much was available on the gift card, and she didn’t tell us how much would be charged against our card. She didn’t offer us a receipt, either. She got our sandwiches to us first, and they were piping hot. Good, good. But, she didn’t give us napkins. True, I have a stash in my glove box, but she couldn’t have known that. It’s hard to eat in a moving vehicle, so why wouldn’t she give us napkins? My drink came out first, and she read the wrong thing as she was handing it over. It made us think she was giving us the wrong drink. A quick glance at the label showed that no, she gave us my drink, so that was good. Then, she kind of thrust my husband’s drink at us, without really saying anything other than, «Bye!» I can give a pass if she’s new, but maybe they can do something about training the people working the window. Still, the sandwiches were surprisingly tasty, and the coffee definitely hit the spot.
