Star-Bright Appearance

I have been a satisfied repeat customer for years. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality & service I continuously receive from Star Bright. I have a dog who frequently rides with me and leaves lots of fur behind & always manages to get it in all the nooks & crannies. Interior is black/​grey and always looks fantastic after a complete detail. My SUV is black and 10 years old but thanks to Star Bright it still looks sharp. Do yourself and your car a solid and give Star Bright a try. You won’t be disappointed.

I went in to get a complete detail on my truck today. I have a husky so there was allot of hair and sand (cause she loves to swim and dig). Rick was able to get all the hair and sand out. First time that’s ever happened. He even shampoo’d the seats and got out long term stains! The truck looks awesome inside and out!! I was thinking about selling the truck, but after the work these guys did, I feel like I’ve got a brand new truck! Howard and Rick are the best! Thank you for taking care of me!

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. We recently traded our toy hauler for a Motorhome. It had been sitting for sometime, so before we went on a trip I wanted to have it detailed on the inside. I called and said I had a 26 foot Motorhome and I needed the inside completely detailed, including cleaning inside the cabinets, the stove, oven, etc… and the carpets shampooed. He said it would be $ 150. So yesterday he came and «detailed» our Motorhome. I was not at home when he finished, but my husband was. When he was done, he told my husband to look but not to walk on the carpets because they were still wet. So he could not walk inside very far. So when I got home that night I walked in and I opened up the cabinets ran my finger along the bottom and my finger came out very dirty. I did this to the inside of the cabinets, on top, on the stove, and it was all dirty. So first thing this morning after a couple tries I got a hold of someone I believe his name was Howard. I told him the situation and to see if he could come take a look to see for himself. He told me that our Motorhome is «really» old (1992) so what did I expect, and that it was only $ 150. I reminded him of our prior conversation telling him I needed everything cleaned and that he was the one that said no problem and quoted me the price knowing what I expected. He was EXTREMELY rude and wasn’t listening to me at all and basically told me too bad. $ 150 is a lot of money to our family, so here I am hour 5 of cleaning the motorhome myself, and fighting with this company…

We are full time RVers and we stay in San Diego as a home base. We have used Star– Bright twice in the last year or so. We asked them to come out and clean our carpets. All we can say is WOW. The carpet is 14 years old and the life and color has come back after being cleaned by Star– Bright. We will use them for carpets and wash and wax the coach outside. Thanks for a great job.
