My husband and I drove up to this location from Point Loma today. We arrived early and decided to wait at the nearby Starbucks until the store opened. The website indicated it was to open at noon. We waited until 12:15 and the store still wasn’t open so we decided to take our business elsewhere. Your late employees or incorrect store information(whichever it was) costed your business two customers today.

Do not get SPRINT! they are the worst most unhelpful cell service I have had. Not only did they change my phone number and shut off my service with out me knowing but now the new number I received only gets incoming calls about every 4 calls. They said they’re working on it but you know they are not. I can not wait to drop them as soon as my contract is up in 1 month. Terrible service, reception, and no 4G in San Diego. Worthless carrier.

Be careful, representatives are always full of BS they tell you one thing and do another, calling them is out of the question. Putting customers on hold is their priority, just to check if they have an item in stock. They enjoy wasting your time, let alone you minutes.

Dear AT&T, After a ten year relationship we have gone through many changes. I remember as you once called yourself Cingular, and we dated all through high school seeing your baby brother, the IPhone, mature through its phases. You were dependable and affordable and I enjoyed this last decade. However, I am afraid that I am writing to you to let you know that I am breaking up with you. Since we have moved to San Diego, you have changed drastically. You are no longer dependable. You stop letting me keep in contact with friends while I am at home through poor signal, and your baby brother IPhone has become a big jerk, making fun of every other phone in your family, including my own. It’s too bad you depended on him so much because he hangs out with Verizon a lot more now. You have started making ultimatums about buying data and sometimes I feel like I just can’t afford that. You also have really just become very expensive and high maintenance in general, and it hurts me to think of how long we have been together. I have talked to my parents about it and they support my decision, but they are happy to keep their relationship with you. They have known you even longer than I have, when Mommy At&t, with her wonderful landlines, was in her youth. I suppose that it would be respectful to let you know the carrier I will be dating now. It is Sprint. I have experienced many good things with Sprint so far, and Sprint is as affordable and dependable as you once were many years ago. I get along with many of Sprint’s friends in San Diego. I’m particularly fond of her friend named Android, and they encourage me highly to start a relationship with her. To you, dear AT&T, I leave my love and best wishes. Once again, I am sorry.

I was reading through Jun’s review and decided to try them out coming from tmobile. I also got the samsung galaxy s and its a pretty nice phone besides feeling a bit too hollow plastic like. The service is pretty horrible compared to tmobile but at least its better than AT&T. If you live in the north county I would suggest tmobile, if your central or downtown go with sprint. Verizon is the best, but their pricing is absurd. Anyhow thanks Jun C. for the recommendation.

Check this place out if you want friendly and a no hassle service. Ryan & Vyda provided the greatest atmosphere when it comes to getting a new phone and service. I originally had the iPhone with AT&T, but was getting frustrated with the ridiculous monthly service. Sprint offers everything I need without the extra costs. The iPhone is great, but no one should have to jailbreak his or her phone in order to have the phone work/design properly. When it comes to a hassle free experience, this place ranks way up there. I walked in and one of the workers asked if I needed any help. I replied that I was just looking around and that was it. He didn’t watch me like a lion ready to catch his prey. Instead he did the complete opposite and waited for me to be ready to ask him questions. I like that a lot. I didn’t feel the pressure of someone watching my every move. It was a great experience that I even referred my brother to them and from what I hear; the sprint associate treated him with the same great service. Overall this place gets a 5 star rating for the excellent service from their employee’s(Mainly Ryan and Vyda). These two sprint associates are great people and anyone I guarantee that they will provide excellent service.

My contract with AT&T is almost up and I’m looking for a new phone… I originally wanted to stay with the iPhone(I currently have an iPhone 3G) but I was waiting for the white iPhone 4G… Anyways, I after a lot of research, I decided I wanted to a Samsung Galaxy S phone. I’ve had service with T-mobile and I’ve had service with AT&T/Cingular so I figured, it wouldn’t hurt to try Sprint or Verizon which people say has really great service in San Diego(I’ve also heard their service sucks too but I guess that’s the same for all carriers across the board…) I went with Sprint because of their version of the Galaxy S phone called the Sprint Epic 4G. I walked into the store and was warmly greeted. I told them that my contract was ending soon and was wondering if I could buy a phone now and port my number after my contract ends(so I wouldn’t have to pay the early termination fee). They said that it wouldn’t be a problem.(So AWESOME!!!) So we headed to the check out counter. Signing up for new service was a breeze. They took my info down, pulled the phone from inventory, my phone was setup and I was all set to go within 30 minutes… Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had for buying new phone service… If you’re looking for a new phone, consider checking this store out… Vyda was the one who helped me out and she was great…
