I have been getting Fresh & Fit Meals from Spoon Fork & Knife Catering for several months now and I am hooked! I’m always trying to eat healthy and I used to spend so much time cooking all my meals for the week, but I no longer have to worry about that thanks to Fresh & Fit Meals. I just submit my order online and have fresh and healthy and DELICIOUS food ready for me for the week. Some of my favorites are the Pesto Feta Salmon and the Grilled Chicken Quinoa Salad, but I’ve liked everything I’ve tried. All of the meals are around 300 calories, the nutritional info is provided, you can customize your order, and the menu is updated weekly with new specials that taste amazingly good. I love how convenient it is. I don’t have to go out of my way at all. It’s very reasonably priced especially when I factor in all the extra free time I have. I definitely recommend it!

The chef has an amazing line of healthy meals, Fresh & Fit Meals. He not only makes meals that are healthy, but he customizes your order to fit your spice level, he makes substitutions where requested, and gives you the breakdown of the calories, etc. for each meal. If you are one of those people who think about eating healthier, let Spoon Fork & Knife Catering Company prepare your meals for you. No guessing, no skipping meals, NO NEED TO SHOP!
