Juan was great! Last year, my newer Samsung plasma completely shut down and I was faced with either a repair or replacement. I gambled and opted for the repair, which to this day has held up well and ended up saving me close to $ 1000 when compared to what a new tv would cost. The parts we ordered did take a couple weeks to arrive, however Juan was fair and explained this ahead of time.

DONT NOT USE THIS GUY! yes he’s cheaper but it’ll cost you more in the long run. I paid him $ 160 as a down payment and kept lagging and making excuses about fixing my tv. He now has parts to my tv and won’t answer or return any of my phones calls. Don’t feel bad cause he seems like a nice older man he’s an unreliable crook. It’s been almost a month since my tv has been broken and I’m still paying my cable bill and this guy has ran off with my tv parts and money. Be fair warned!

Paid him to fix my TV, his attempt didn’t work; since I already had paid him he promised to make good on the repair, but now he won’t respond to my phone calls.

I am the same lady that gave him 5 stars, well after a month the tv has the same problem, he won’t fix it honoring his 90 days warranty and won’t even buy it for a less than half of what I paid him. I filed a complaint with the BBB but I am not very hopeful, to sue or not to sue, that is the question. Run the other way, he is a total dissapoinment

Mr. Jimenez fixed my Samsung LCD 52 inch at a cost that was way below anyone else. Good, Honest and Hardworking. I called him in the evening and he was there for the tv a few hours later. he also fixed my 37 inch Vizio. He had it done the same day, and at a great price. He also stands by his work with a warranty. I love this guy.
