History

Established in 2004.

Sketchbox Design, Inc. was started by Matthew Homa. Matthew had worked in the San Diego Graphic, and Print Industry for several years. With much knowledge and experience in the printing process, the company began with Logo design, and print projects for local San Diego companies.

Shortly after it’s inception, Matthew received many inquiries for Web Site design. This influx came from the popularity of his own web site, sketch​boxde​sign​.com. From there, Matthew began working and studying more in the web field, with a specific focus on Flash and Actionscript programming. Today, the company works with businesses of all types. Ranging from large entities such as the Padres, Petco Park, to new startups. This ability to manage projects, and creative talent, has enabled Sketchbox Design to tailor each project to the needs of the client, and has brought success to both it’s customers and itself in the process.

I have always had a passion for Art, Computers, and Good design. Which is why I feel that Graphic Design is where my interests and talents really come together. I also dabble in Architectural, Landscape and Food photography. I feel that one of the most important things is maintaining a good relationship with each client; where I’m am just as interested in their success as they are. I think this really comes across in the little details of our projects.
