Simon’s on sixth is now called Simon’s Café and catering, moved from sixth Ave, to the marina district in downtown San Diego, we have expanded to a bigger location, to accommodate our catering demand,

Our signature bread and cookies are homemade and baked fresh daily at Simon’s, our products are made with only the best quality ingredient. Opens at 6:30 am, with the aroma of fresh baked products, muffins, scones and the Cinnamon rolls, and of course fresh brewed Simon’s blend of coffee, and espresso drinks, light yogurt parfait to start your day or fresh fruit salad.

even though we carry a grand selections of sandwiches, like the panini grilled sandwiches with our own focaccia bread, or grilled wraps, or cold cut sandwiches we are committed to do what our customers likes, we will have a full breakfast, hot lunches, a many new offerings.

We do all kind of caterings, breakfast, lunch and even after hours, and delivery to downtown area is available.

History

Established in 2000.

Simon’s opened its doors on April 1, 2000 in the AT&T building at 101 West Broadway until September 21, 2007 when the business was sold to OTOGO.

The restaurant was established as scott’s gourmet sandwiches in may of 1999.

besides Scott’s great menu, Simon’s added more to cater to the needs of clientele.

Back round experience baking and cooking since 1980.

Came from Canada 16 years ago made a lot of friends from Simon’s on Broadway and many happy customers, started out as a baker, bread, rolls and pastry, I was curious about cooking, attended many of Windsor chefs events,(Ontario Canada) I started cooking food for casino Windsor in 1993, till 1999 the year I came to the US.
