Rik and the installers were great. The carpet was far better installed than the original and they completed it quickly and cleanly. May not be the cheapest but it was hassle free,

I went in not knowing what I wanted but only that I wanted a carpet with minimal chemicals. I was shown wool carpets as well as the Mohawk smart strand. The folks at Sids were very patient with all my questions. In the end I went with the Mohawk carpet. I ordered it and within a week it was installed. It looks beautiful and I’m very pleased with the experience.

I love Sid’s Carpet Barn. This is the 2^nd time I used them for flooring in my condo. They are super nice and really great with customer service and personal attention. You don’t get that at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Also, they don’t try to upsell you at all. My salesperson, Marsha, was super sweet, friendly and very knowledgeable. I described what I had in mind and my price range, and she led me right to what I was looking for. The installer, Marcos did a great job on the installation and worked around my schedule which I really appreciated. They don’t usually install on Saturdays, but since it is difficult for me to take off work, he did it as special favor. Thank you Marcos! I also dealt with Rick there too, and he was awesome too. I will definitely use them again. My mom has also used Sid’s, and she was really happy with them too.

Rik at Sid’s was beyond helpful. Dealing with a HOA is never easy or quick. Rik provided information for us to attempt to persuade them to allow us to change our flooring from carpet to laminate. This process took nearly seven months. Rik was available to us the whole time. In the end we had to stick with carpet but Sid’s had a great selection and the carpet looks beautiful. We will be going back to Sid’s for our next flooring project. Their customer service is excellent, they are friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Rik is extremely knowledgeable!

Guy at SIDS helped us get out dream flooring (wood looking tiles) at a price we could afford. Everywhere else wanted way too much! Yay! Dream floors on budget!

These guys are down to earth and willing to help you out and answer all of your questions. Jared helped me and my wife and gave us a great deal on some amazing looking laminate flooring. These guys are my flooring guys from now on!!!

We are so happy with our floors! We shopped around a lot for this purchase. We went with the Luxury Vinyl Planks by Coretec or USfloors. Sids gave us a great price and Marsha was very helpful and patient while we shopped for the perfect color with our 3 little ones. I appreciate the follow up call she gave a few days after. She gave us great customer service and even made sure our boys were comfortable while we went back and forth with colors that made it easier for us to take our time and choose. Ultimately it was a combination of great price and Marsha’s customer service that sealed the deal for us. We only purchased materials because we installed it ourselves and she never tried to sell us on there installation. We also purchased the base boards here and are very happy with those too great price. They have a huge selection actually the best selection that we saw in LVP and we checked at least 8 other stores. When we’re ready to do our kitchen we’ll be back here for sure. Thank you!

In this economy, customer service is the difference between companies who make it and those who don’t. These guys know their flooring, but they have a ways to go in the people department

Love the carpet. Love the installation. Love the installer. The only challege was coordinating the installation date and time. Also liked the salesman, Jim. Even though we were only buying carpet for one room, he was helpful. Went to Carmel Mtn carpet sales store and she couldn’t get us out fast enough once she knew it wasn’t for the whole house. Silly salesperson, the plan is to re-​carpet two other other rooms in the future. Guess who we will call first? Thanks Sids for a great experience.

We had a great experience with Sid’s. They were recommended by a friend who had a good experience, and after scoping out Home Depot and picking our favorite we headed over to Sid’s. Their sales person was really friendly and helpful and sifted through a lot of samples before finding something similar to what we wanted (ANSO nylon, BCF). The gave us a price discount to match Home Depot pricing and we were happier with Sid’s selection. We got another quote from Bonded Carpet and overall Sid’s was competitive.
We ordered the carpet and all went as planned. The guy doing the measurement arrived on time and was competent and friendly. I wasn’t home for the installation, but they did a fantastic job. I haven’t noticed any issues in the whole house (aside from the fact they busted out one of my door stops, but otherwise the install was great. We got what we wanted and Sid’s brought the carpet in and installed it within 1 week. We love it!!!
