We are just ending our lease with Shulman Properties and Dana has been really amazing through all of it. She always responds in a timely fashion and has been more than helpful throughout our stay. Originally moving into North Park, my roommate and I had been searching for months with no luck and after speaking with Dana we were able to find and be approved for a place within a week.
I would recommend Dana to anyone looking for a new home in San Diego.

After months of searching Craigslist, I finally found the cutest apartment in North Park that would allow both of my cats. During my year and a half in the apartment, Steve, Sarah and Dana were all extremely responsive if I had any questions or concerns. If there was ever a maintenance issue, someone was at my apartment the same day to assess and fix it (only needed them twice). The last 6 months or so in the apartment Dana had to deal with my constant questions about switching to month to month rent, what happened if i broke my lease, etc. (I was planning to move into my boyfriend’s house) and she always responded with lots of information. Switching up my rent and eventually moving out was a breeze, no extra or random charges. I miss my apartment and the neighbor’s cats, but I am moving on with my life and living with a boy.

This guy is not respectful at all. He keeps sending flyers of his services to my home even though I have requested to be removed from his mailing list.

This review is about an apartment rented from Steve. We were charged for damage that was present before we moved in. He has a drain snaking clause in his rental agreement. His employee, Caitlin, told us they charged $ 65 to snake the drains. We figured that was competitive and decided to let them snake the drains after we moved out. When we got our deposit check they had taken out $ 85 for drain snaking. More than 30% above the figure we were given.
